BFV Recap: Tamar Opens up About Miscarriage + Traci Goes Off

Trina and Tamar are still going at it.

Tamar is upset that Trina took shots at her parenting because she feels like as a working mother, there’s nothing wrong with hiring a nanny and asking your mother to watch your child.

“Trina is really hitting below the belt. Trina just snapped and said what she felt at the moment.” – Towanda

Traci snaps and tells both Tamar and Trina to stop but her true issues with Tamar eventually come out.

“You’re conniving. You’re a liar.” – Traci to Tamar

Traci goes off on Tamar for shading her on social media and releasing her album close to hers. But Tamar tries to tell her that she has no say so in what date her album is released.

Traci isn’t hearing it and walks off.

Tamar breaks down in tears as she tries to defend herself to Towanda. She decides to leave since she’s so upset.

Meanwhile Traci tells Trina she was wrong for what she said about Logan, and Trina agrees.

Evelyn thinks Trina’s pop up shop idea is a smart one.

Although some of her siblings aren’t sold on Trina doing a pop up shop, Evelyn thinks it’s a good idea and urges her to go through with it.

Towanda calls a meeting with Tamar, Trina and Traci.

Trina says she took what Tamar said about her business to heart because it’s her only real hustle, so she apologizes to Tamar for what she said about her parenting. However, Tamar has isn’t receptive to the apology and says nothing in response.

Trina says she’s trusts her sisters’ opinions when it comes to her business but Tamar doesn’t see it that way. So she tells Trina that if she doesn’t want the truth, she shouldn’t ask for their opinions.

Trina then says she said what she said about Vince because Tamar came for her ex first, plus their marriage is a hot topic in the media anyway.

“You and your husband opened that door because it’s all in the tabloids.” – Trina

That’s when Tamar reveals that she heard the media is getting stories about her and Vince from one of her sisters.

She also tearfully reveals that she recently suffered a miscarriage.

Her sisters are disappointed that they are just hearing this but Trina says that she thinks it’s unfair for Tamar to ask Evelyn to watch Logan at her age.

This of course doesn’t sit well with Tamar because she feels like no one seems to have an issue with Evelyn watching Toni’s kids.

Since it’s clear Trina and Tamar won’t be making peace anytime soon, Towanda ends the meeting.

Tamar vents to Vince.

She’s upset that her sisters weren’t more supportive when she told them about the miscarriage, and overall she’s very stressed about being fired from “The Real” and issues with her album.

She’s also been stressed about using IVF to get pregnant again.

Tamar catches up with Toni.

Tamar stops by Toni’s house to update her on all the drama going down between her, Trina and Traci.

She tells Toni about her miscarriage and what Trina said about her parenting and having Evelyn watching Logan.

Toni thinks all the sisters need to come together and talk out their issues.

Tamar invites her father to come see her so she can tell him about her miscarriage.

He agrees to come out.

Toni’s sister meeting is a disaster.

“Did they really have World War III over french fries? Ok there has to be some underlying issue. This cannot be about freaking french fries.” – Toni

When Toni asks what happened between Trina and Tamar, Tamar feels like it was unnecessary for Trina to call out her motherhood just because she feels Trina was being stubborn about the french fries situation.

“I don’t know how me calling you stubborn turned into me being a bad mother.” – Tamar to Trina

Trina says that she only hit below the belt because she’s really sensitive about her business and she felt like it was being attacked.

“How did chicken turn into children?” – Tamar

The episode ends before we can see the conclusion of Toni’s meeting.

  1. These sisters are so damn messy. The way they do each other on TV is just sad. There’s not enough money in the world!

  2. I believe Tamar told the truth when she said one of her sisters is the one who plants stories about her in the media.

  3. Tamar may annoy me but I really feel like they just like to gang up on her just because at this point. Trina really needs to stop getting so worked up about little things as a business owner. It takes thick skin to be a successful entrepreneur. And you have to be able to handle criticism, especially if it can help your business grow. Get the french fries already and call it a day.
