Cardi B Has Time Today

Cardi B’s smash hit “Bodak Yellow” has pushed the female rapper onto the charts and public eye.

It’s the second most popular song in the country, and many suspect Cardi will nab a number one single as the enthusiasm for the track continues to grow.

Her very public romance with Offset also keeps her in the headlines, but Cardi is not here for anyone thinking she needs her boo to be successful.

When someone brought that up on Twitter, she didn’t hold back:

  1. The fact that Cardi still goes out and searches Twitter for negative comments about herself is some sad sh-t. Sis is winning but she still finds time to worry about negative comments. I don’t understand.

    1. Now how you know she search twitter for negative comments of herself? Chile, if she did I’d be worried about her Lol.

  2. I’m happy for her success and all, but some traits and tendencies don’t just disappear because you get money and fame. I’m not surprised she replied and don’t expect her to stop unless she crosses paths with someone who can mentor her beyond the music. Cardi is still Cardi.

  3. If she keeps this up, Atlantic will kick her off Twitter and have a team run her social media accounts. That’s if they really are invested in her career. If not, they will sit back and let her destroy herself, which is likely.

  4. I’ll never understand why celebrities do this. Not everyone is going to like you. That’s life. There’s no need to respond to negativity all the time.
