Kand Burruss can now wash her hands of her ongoing legal battle with Johnnie Winston.
According to Straight From The A, a settlement has been reached.

Word on the curb is that Kandi Burruss of The Real Housewives of Atlanta cut her ex-employee Johnnie Winston a huge chunk of change.
On January 8, 2018, I spilled the tea about Burruss’ decision to settle the case and her desire to keep the terms of the agreement private.
Well, apparently two days after my post the judge granted Kandi’s request to keep the settlement amount sealed.
There was a settlement agreement reached in the case of Johnnie Winston, III vs. Kandi Burruss-Tucker and Kandi Koated Entertainment, on or around January 3, 2018 and a “Motion to Seal” was filed in the case.
There was also apparently a non-disclosure agreement as part of the settlement which prevents Kandi’s ex-employee from speaking about the case as the documents note that “confidentiality is a key term of the Parties’ proposed settlement agreement.”
The document notes that SOMEONE (most likely Kandi) doesn’t want the settlement amount disclosed for fear of “scandal”…
Sometimes it’s best to cut your losses and move on, right?
For the record, the judge grated the ‘Motion to Seal’ on January 10, 2018 and I’m assuming that’s the date Kandi’s former employee walked away with a hefty payday.
So Kandi and her crew lied.
Exactly! Phaedra was right to refer him to an Employment Attorney. That way the Kandi Koated Plantation couldn’t accuse her of trying to set Kandi up…..oh wait…..they did…..yet the truth still came out.
But Phaedra did try to set Kandi up and was fired for it. Did you forget how she slandered her with Porsha’s help? This one outcome doesn’t change the fact that Phaedra is a fraud who spends most of her time doing evil deeds even though she claims to be a Christian!
A true Kendra fans attitude. Always looking for a way to turn the table. This is about Kandi sweetie. If she was vindicated she wouldn’t need to have the settlement sealed. She needs to paying a fair and legal wage to her employees. I’m glad the bitter, angry mean girls are getting what they deserve.
But yet she cuesed him out in public, on camera and swore he didn’t have a case. Some of y’all swear this woman is a Boss, but real bosses don’t act like that. Kandi is a millionaire in spite of herself.

I def didn’t think Johnnie lied because Kandi has been accused of not paying people before. She doesn’t hide the fact that she’s cheap.
I’m really not surprised. Not even a little bit. I’m glad he was vindicated. Kandi really tried to make it seem like he was slandering her when he just wanted the money he was owed.

The truth always comes to light. Kandi needs to actually start acting like the business woman she claims to be. This is bad business.
