LHHATL star Tommie Lee has been accused of physically attacking a mall employee.
It’s being reported that she acted up at a jewelry store and allegedly attacked an employee after they asked her to calm down.
TMZ claims that the alleged incident is now why Tommie is being investigated:
According to the police report … Tommie and an unknown man visited the Henri Bendel store in Atlanta’s Lenox Square mall on February 1. An employee named Daniella was helping Tommie when a nasty argument started. Police say store surveillance cams captured Tommie yelling at Daniella, and then coming around the display case to “slap and punch her repeatedly.”
Sources at the store tell us … Tommie became increasingly rude while shopping, and Daniella decided to confront her about her attitude. We’re told that’s what set off Tommie. The store manager eventually broke up the altercation before Tommie and her companion bolted.
According to cops … the store manager claimed Lee and her guy friend frequent the store, and have tried to steal items in the past.
The employee told cops she suffered bruising on the left side of her face and eye. She wants to press charges, and we’re told she’s lawyered up and might sue Tommie as well.
Who’s really surprised though? This is what happens when hood rat dummies get a little fame and still don’t know how to act. I will never understand why she has fans.
This woman has issues. She’s actually much worse than Joseline.

Tommie may have issues but some of these employees be doin too much. We don’t know what was said to the Tommie by these racist a-s white employees who can’t afford to buy the things they sell and a black woman comes in hood rat or not and buys what they can’t. It’s funny she frequents the store and has tried to steal before, they just had to make her out to be a ghetto black woman who is a thief… it’s just to much I’m sorry. Somebody tries to steal from my store, they can’t come back isn’t that how it works???? But u let her continue to “frequent” your store… ?? Nah I’m taking this story with a grain of salt. Who did this employee think she was to “confront” a customer because she appears to be “rude”? Why not ask her to leave instead you argue with her probably saying something out of pocket hoping she hit you cuz you know who she is… and know people would automatically assume she was the aggressor and you were being passive aggressive and saying some rude mess as well. I don’t even like Tommie but I’m not about to be quick to jump on the lying white Womens side and not have my “sistahs” back before I jump down her throat
Yeah I just got done watching a video of Tommie on her YouTube channel and you can tell she’s not emotionally stable. One minute she’s laughing, the next she’s crying and talking about how lonely she is. And the people around her aren’t helping at all. Let’s not forget she tried to kill Joseline with her car. This woman is a walking threat to VH1 and one day she’s going to do something really terrible to somebody. She needs help. Not a platform to be enabled. But no one wants to say the obvious because they love their reality TV too much.
Tommie is always fighting. They say they have the whole thing on video so we’ll see what comes from this.
