With “Basketball Wives” back on the air for another season, people are gravitating towards the relationship between Jackie Christie and her daughters. For viewers of the show, they are very divided on the specific relationship between Jackie and her daughter Ta’Kari.
It’s been reported that Ta’Kari wrote a book discussing growing up with Jackie as a mother.
It’s also been well-documented Ta’Kari posting a Go Fund Me, which Evelyn Lozada donated to, for help as her son recover from a daycare injury. These two things may have also placed a strain over the relationship between Jackie Christie’s daughters.
This strain played out publicly recently.
Chantel Christie had her 25th birthday a few days ago, and Ta’Kari posted a message to her sister.
The post has since been deleted from Ta’Kari’s page, and captured by TheBasketballWives. But before it was deleted, Chantel responded. to Ta’Kari. apparently, Chantel didn’t like the public message, which she felt was only for Ta’Kari’s followers and to earn points in public. Chantel also claimed Ta’Kari holds partial responsibility for the relationship between all of them.
All in all, Chantel wasn’t here for the public display when Ta’Kari, apparently, didn’t contact her in private.
I see Chantel has changed her tune on Jackie. Back in the day, she sided with her sister. I guess she realizes who butters her bread.
She needs to stay out of it.
I ain’t surprised she backtracking because she needs Jackie and Doug to help take care of her and her child. She knows she spoke the truth when she talked to Laura Govan that time smh.

Children need to understand that siblings won’t always have the same experiences. Respect that and don’t take sides. Especially when you’re only siding with your parent because they are still financially supporting you.

I’m curious as to the allegedly “f-cked up sh-t” Takari said about her. I watched Takari’s entire interview on Hollywood Unlocked and not once did she bash Chantel. She actually stated that Chantel was there for her during the whole burning ordeal. I guess money and fame talk.
