‘Power’ Recap: A Major Character Meets Their Demise

Angela, Ghost and Tasha are still arguing about Ghost turning himself in.

Tasha and Angela are against it but Ghost thinks it’s best in order to protect Tariq.

After Ghost puts his foot down and says he’s going to do it, Angela makes it a point to ask him the same questions detectives will ask showing that Ghost is not ready to do this.

So they decide it would be best to frame someone else when it comes to Ray Ray’s murder.

Ghost thinks it needs to be Dre. He explains that Dre was the one who introduced Tariq to Ray Ray. So he tells Angela he will find evidence that links Dre and Ray Ray together.

Before leaving, Ghost tells Tasha he will need her gun soon, so she needs to keep it safe.

After he leaves, Tasha suggests to Tasha that it would be better to set up Kanan Stark.

The feds get news of Terry Silver’s disappearance.

With him leaving and dodging the subpoena, it now appears that he knew something that would be incriminating regarding Tasha and Ghost.

Mak says that the subpoena is still going out to to Keisha.

He feels they can indict Ghost with or without Silver.

Donovan enters the office and says he couldn’t find any surveillance footage of the security guard’s death. So it’s going to be hard to pin that on Ghost. Tameika then says that Teresi says he is willing to testify. But Mak says that they don’t want him to do that unless they have to.

Tameika then says that Mak and Saxe need to get Proctor to talk.

“And be careful. We share an office with Valdes. Make sure she doesn’t find out what we’re doing. She is the last piece of this puzzle.” – Tameika

Dre meets up with his crew to get an update on Diego.

2-Bit and Spanky tell him that Diego was killed. But Kanan was the one who did it. So they were not able to take out Ghost. This confuses Dre who then asks why they didn’t kill Kanan when they had the chance. 2-Bit reminds Dre that he told them not to do anything unless they were asked to.

Irritated by this, Dre tell them that Kanan is working for Ghost and they should have called him for further instructions.

Cristobal then walks in looking dapper in a new suit.

He smugly tells Spanky and 2-Bit that he and Dre have clubs to set up.

This annoys Spanky and 2-Bit considering that they have been feeling left out of the club business. They keep their thoughts to themselves, but are visibly irritated while walking out. 2-Bit even gives Cristobal a cold glare.

Back to business, Dre tells Cristobal to call him Mr. Coleman when they meet with Quinn.

Cristobal asks if Dre is being serious and Dre makes it clear that he is very serious.

“You’re the boss.” – Cristobal

Tommy has some questions.

Kanan, Ghost and Tommy meet up to discuss Diego’s demise. Tommy is still unclear on how Ghost got Diego’s location.

Ghost doesn’t answer.

This annoys Tommy and Ghost urges him to just call Jason so they can buy some time regarding taking out Alicia. Tommy questions how Jason will know that Diego is dead and they did it, and Kanan says all he needs to do is take Diego’s head back to Jason. He’s in possession of Diego’s head.

As Tommy and Ghost look confused by this, Kanan says he has somewhere to be and will drop Diego’s head off later. Tommy texts Jason that Diego has been handled while Ghost tells Tommy that they need to frame Dre for Ray Ray’s murder.

He doesn’t want Kanan to know about this.

“You’re always keeping secrets.” – Tommy

Tommy reminds Ghost that they need to get to Alicia before they can take out Dre.

But Ghost tells Tommy that cops are inching closer to finding out Tariq pulled the trigger.

The first thing they have to do is link Dre to Ray Ray. Tommy says that the day Ray Ray was killed, he saw Ray Ray and Dre talking on the street.

Ghost says they have to prove it, so he’s going to do some digging to see what he can find.

Then they can take Dre out.

Jason texts Tommy back and says they are running out of time regarding Alicia’s death. Ghost then tells Tommy to roll with him to “check out a spot.”

Proctor has another meeting with Saxe and Mak.

He now has his law license back. On the way to the room with Saxe, Proctor spot this cousin Benny being walked out by Donovan.

This makes Proctor nervous.

As they enter the room where Mak is waiting, they get straight to it.

Mak says they have been talking to Benny about Proctor’s social life and he plans to nail Proctor on a perjury charge. Proctor tells Mak to go ahead because it won’t stick.

But Mak isn’t worried. He tells Proctor that the death of that security guard at Ghost’s hands will stick.

They know that Proctor put in a request to have the security guard transferred.

Proctor says the security guard had a history of complaints against him.

Saxe says that Ghost murdered the security guard the day before he was released. Proctor says that isn’t possible but Saxe says they know that Proctor is basically the “consigliere” of Ghost’s organization. Proctor scoffs at this, and tells them they have watched too any movies.

It’s then brought to Proctor’s attention that there’s a witness willing to testify that Ghost killed the security guard.

Kanan meets with Tariq.

He’s supplying him with a pound of weed, a kilo of coke and a stash of Xanax.

Tariq tells Kanan that the kids at Choate love Xanax. Kanan says there are a thousand bars in the pack and he gets each pack for a thousand.

It’s worth five dollars on the street but rich white boys will pay ten to fifteen with resort pricing.

An excited Tariq realizes that’s almost fifteen grand.

He can pay Choate’s tuition with five re-ups.

But Kanan says that’s not the case because Tariq has to bring him back eleven grand. But he assures Tariq not to be greedy because it will add up quick.

When Tariq says he wants to start selling now, Kanan questions Tariq about how he plans to pull everything off.

He thinks it’s best that Tariq learns what to do from him before he sells anything. Kanan also has to recruit some more help. He tells Tariq he has somewhere to take him.

Dre and Cristobal have their meeting with Quinn.

Cristobal impresses her when he tells her all the experience he has in working at nightclubs and restaurants. She’s confident he can be the stand in guy while Dre is away tending to other clubs.

Impressed that the meeting went well, Dre tells Cristobal that his lies were all thought out. Cristobal is annoyed and wonders why Dre feels everything he said had to be lies.

Tariq impresses the Italians.

Dre meets with Vincent and the Italians. He wants to be their new supplier.

He tells them that he’s no longer working with Tommy because Tommy had a bad fallout with Ghost. The drama from that is something he wants to avoid. He also says that it was Ghost who put out that hit that went so wrong for Tommy.

Kanan says that he has the same product at a better price.

After this is said, Vincent asks one of his guys if Kanan can be trusted in Italian. Tariq picks up on this and answers in Italian that Kanan can be trusted. Tariq has been taking an Italian course.

This impresses Vincent and his men.

“Now I see why you brought the kid.” – Vincent

Vincent says they will work together on a trial basis. He and Kanan shake on it.

Ghost and Tommy sit in the car awaiting Dre.

Apparently Ghost wanted to spy to find out Dre’s new spots. He sends Dre a text saying they need to meet up immediately.

Annoyed that they aren’t going to take out Dre yet, Tommy says he has dinner plans. Ghost wonders why Tommy has been icing him out of the developments of his relationship with Teresi.

But Tommy reminds Ghost that he keeps secrets all the time, and he’d prefer to walk back home then remain in the car with Ghost.

Tariq reads Tasha and Angela.

Back at the penthouse, Tariq exits the elevator to end Angela and Tasha waiting for him on the couch.

He questions if Angela is there to arrest Tasha. Angela says she’s there to help everyone, including Tariq. Tariq doesn’t trust this and begins to walk away. However, Tasha stops him and tells him she trusts Angela.

Angela tells Tariq she needs all the information he has on Ray Ray.

He explains that Ray Ray was a dirty cop who hung out with Jukebox, another dirty cop from DC. They ran licks together and used their uniforms to complete the jobs.

It’s also confirmed to Angela that Tariq met Jukebox through Kanan. Kanan knew Ray Ray but “they never kicked it.”

Tasha tells Angela that Jukebox is dead and Kanan killed her.

When Tasha asks Tariq to confirm this, Tariq gets annoyed. Angela then asks if Kanan killed his son Shawn Stark. He then realizes what Tasha is up to.

“You’re framing Kanan like you and Ghost did when I was a little kid.” – Tariq

Tasha admits to this and says that Kanan needs to take the rap.

“You’re working with her. The woman that ruined our lives! The woman that broke our whole family apart! The woman who arrested Ghost for the one thing that he didn’t f*cking do! I knew Ghost was a traitor, I thought maybe he made you help him set up Kanan. But you’re no better. You’re a f*cking backstabber too.” – Tariq

“You better listen to me boy! Catching the charge for Ray Ray is the least Kanan deserves. No matter what me and your dad have done, Kanan has done worse! He killed Shawn, his own son. Don’t you forget that.” – Tasha

“He was good to me.” – Tariq

“Ain’t nobody in the gotd*mn history of the world been better to you than me. I’m your mother! I could go to jail for this. Tariq, it’s either me or Kanan.” – Tasha

“Find another way, Ma.” – Tariq

Tariq then walks away.

Tommy introduces Keisha to Connie and Tony.

When Connie walks in Tommy’s place, she mistakes Keisha for “the cook” before they are officially introduced.

The food is well received and Connie begins to question how down Keisha really is for Tommy. She reminds Keisha that things will mostly be stressful dealing with a criminal. But Keisha says she can handle everything that comes her way while being with Tommy.

Connie then tells Tommy she approves of Keisha.

Mak meets with Angela in her office.

He questions how his letter of recommendation is going.

Angela then asks for an update on the investigation regarding Tommy. Mak says that they have an informant close to him but he can’t give out his identity.

As Tasha is putting her gun back in the safe, Ghost approaches her and tells her he was able to find a link between Dre and Ray Ray.

After Angela puts her case together, he and Tommy will take out Dre.

Tasha questions if it would be better to frame someone with a lower profile. Ghost says that’s true.

She then says that Kanan would the the best choice. Ghost doesn’t think this is a good idea since Kanan saved Tariq’s life and Dre was the one who put Tariq in harm’s way.

But Tasha feels Ghost doesn’t want to target Kanan because it would mean that everything that has happened is his fault.

“Everything about Tariq, Raina’s death, it’s your fault.” – Tasha

“It’s Dre.” – Ghost

Ghost then storms off.

Keisha gets served.

Tommy and Keisha return to her place.

After being there for a few minutes, they hear a knock on the door.

A young man tells her she’s been served and hands her papers before running away from Tommy.

She learns that she has been called to testify in front of a grand jury regarding Tasha and Tariq’s whereabouts the night Ray Ray was murdered.

This upsets Keisha and she then questions if Tommy only came back into her life for this very reason.

He denies this and promises her that everything will be okay. All Keisha has to do is do what Tasha tells her, then they will both be free to live their lives without Ghost and Tasha.

Ghost stops by Tariq’s bedroom to talk.

He asks if Tariq ever saw Ray Ray and Dre together.

Tariq says he has and he saw them together in Breeze’s apartment, a friend of Ghost’s that he killed. Ghost is stunned Tariq knows this and he asks Tariq if Kanan told him this.

But Tariq doesn’t answer and questions if Ghost killed his own friend “for some territory.” Ghost tells him that Breeze was a bad dude who was going to get everyone killed.

“You come in here asking me about Kanan. Why? You want to frame him, again?” – Tariq

“Tariq, I do what I need to do to solve problems. I’m not framing Kanan to solve this one, I promise you that.” – Ghost

At this moment, Tariq realizes that Ghost is actually going to frame Dre. He questions how Ghost plans to do this since Dre wasn’t even there.

He’s not so sure this plan will even work. Tariq then says Tasha may end up going to jail when the plan fails but Ghost says he will turn himself in to prevent that from happening.

Irritated by the conversation, Tariq says that Ghost will just find another way out instead of going back to jail.

Ghost says that he will do anything for Tariq including sacrificing his life. But he will do what he can to make sure no one in the family ends up in jail. But push come to shove, he’d go to jail to protect Tariq and Tasha.

As Ghost leaves Tariq’s room, Tasha enters. She tells him they need to talk.

Kanan gives Tommy more concerns about Ghost.

Back at Tommy’s place, Kanan is counting the cash he just made from beating Tommy in a game of pool. He jokingly taunts Tommy about it.

They share a laugh.

Tommy then asks Kanan how he and Ghost got close enough to Diego to take him out.

Kanan says he thinks Dre wanted Diego dead so he and Ghost made a deal.

Tommy questions why Ghost would do that and Kanan says Tommy needs to wonder what is Dre’s side of the deal.

“Who’s supposed to get dead? Me? You?” – Kanan

Ghost then arrives.

He asks Kanan to leave so he can talk to Tommy in private. This annoys Kanan and Tommy tells Ghost that Kanan can stay and hear what Ghost has to say. But Kanan says he was heading out anyway.

Tommy then asks Ghost if he knows Keisha got subpoenaed to appear in front of a grand jury. Ghost says he had no idea.

But Ghost says he has a plan that can keep Keisha safe.  He first needs to know if Dre was selling drugs in Truth while he was locked up.  Tommy confirms Dre was selling his drugs and said he had no choice because the Serbs were still in the picture.

So Ghost says he will just say that he fired Dre for selling drugs at Truth, and Dre used Ray Ray to get revenge.

Then they can kill hm and drop a La Arana card on him.

Tommy says that they should leave Diego’s head at Dre’s restaurant to give the Jimenez motive. Ghost says they should also drop the murder weapon on Dre as well.

This upsets Tommy because Tasha told him she got rid of the weapon. Ghost says Tasha lied to him about it too.

Kanan is with Tariq, placing the drugs in the back of his trunk.

He reminisces on how Tasha and Ghost framed him and put him in prison.

Tariq says that Ghost’s time for karma will come soon eventually. Kanan question if Tariq is planning to come for Ghost, but Tariq says Ghost is thinking about taking the rap for Tariq regarding Ray Ray’s death.

This is outside of Ghost’s character according to Kanan. Tariq thinks Ghost may try to pin everything on Dre first. Kanan says this sounds more like Ghost. He tells Tariq they are dropping the drugs off to the Italians first and then he wants to show him something.

Ghost has another meeting with Councilman Tate.

He tells Tate that he needs to distance himself from Dre or he won’t win the election. He says that he fired Dre because he was selling drugs at Truth. And since then, Dre has wanted revenge.

When Tate questions why Ghost is telling him this now, Ghost says he suspects Dre is doing the same thing with the Bassett clubs. Since Dre is dealing with some bad people, it will come down on him soon. He assures Tate that sticking with him will help Tate rise to the top.

Kanan takes Tariq to his, Ghost and Tommy’s old neighborhood. He tells Tariq they used to sell crack up the street. Ghost would run ahead of everyone else when the cops would show up, hoping they would be caught instead. Tariq says that Ghost is always thinking about himself.  He then hands Tariq some dimes and tells him to sell them in his old hood.

This confuses Tariq and he’s not sure how to accomplish this task.

“Figure it out. Don’t come back until you do. Just don’t get caught.” – Kanan

Proctor meets with Ghost inside of Truth.

Ghost congratulates Proctor on having his law license back.

He tells Ghost he found out the guard at the MCC was brutally murdered. Proctor tries to confirm with Ghost that he doesn’t know anything about that and Ghost just grunts.

When Proctor says that there were no witnesses, Ghost just shoots him a cold glare.

“So there’s potential exposure?” – Proctor

“Could be. Did something happen, Joe?” – Ghost

Proctor says no and he is just doing his job which is watching Ghost’s back.

Ghost then asks what would be the collateral damage if he took the rap for something he didn’t do. Proctor says that the state will dig deeper. When Ghost asks if this will also apply to his loved ones, Proctor asks if this is what Angela and Tasha have been discussing.

This makes Ghost back off and he says it was a stupid idea to ask Proctor what he just did.

“The more you tell me, that’s the better I can advise you. Now, come on James. Let me in.” – Proctor

At this moment, Ghost just gives Proctor a sly grin and thanks him for coming by.

Tasha is at Keisha’s place.

She is given the subpoena to read. Tasha tells Keisha that the police think Ghost murdered Raina’s killer but he didn’t.

The killer is still out there, according to Tasha, and police aren’t going after him.

Silver can’t help her, so Keisha providing an alibi for Tasha, Tariq, Tommy and Ghost is very important. But Tasha needs for Keisha to agree to giving one more alibi.

She says it’s for the person who they think killed Ray Ray.

This angers Keisha because she doesn’t want to lie on the stand. She doesn’t want to risk her freedom. After Tasha says she will make sure Keisha doesn’t go down, Keisha asks Tasha if she’s ever asked Tasha to commit a crime for her. She questions their friendship and says that Tasha barely babysits her son Cash.

Tasha admits she hasn’t been a very good friend to Keisha. But she has kept all of her promises. And if Keisha doesn’t want to do this for Tasha, she can just say no.

“Lying about the amount of time y’all were at the penthouse was one thing. But me lying on someone who wasn’t even there? That’s something different. That’s a bold faced lie.” – Keisha

“Tommy wasn’t there either, but you could do it for him.” – Tasha

Feeling that things have gotten too heated, Tasha tells Keisha that she can’t protect her family without her alibi.

Keisha says it’s not her problem. Tasha asks her if she’s just going to let Tommy and her go to jail. Keisha doesn’t answer.

Kanan defends killing Shawn to Tariq.

Tariq hops back into Kanan’s car.

Kanan doesn’t believe there’s anyway that Tariq sold all his dimes that quickly. But Tariq says he did. He hands over the cash. Kanan spots a fake $20 bill and tells Tariq he got played. So Tariq tells Kanan to circle the car back around so he can find the thieves.

He asks for Kanan’s gun and hops out the car with the gun drawn out on the kids who played him. He demands they hand over the dimes, and they drop them before running. Tariq then picks up the drugs and gets back in the car. Kanan laughs before driving off.

Tasha texts Tariq asking where he is.

“You like the son I never had or some sh*t.” – Kanan

“What about Shawn?” – Tariq

“Shawn wasn’t built like us. He was weak.” – Kanan

Tariq asks if this was why Kanan shot him. Kanan says Shawn was disloyal and would probably still be alive if he was different. He then says Shawn made him do it.

Tariq stresses that Shawn was still Kanan’s son which makes what he did wrong.

But Kanan says he should have taken a DNA test.

“Look, I loved the kid. He disappointed me. You more my son than he ever was. Don’t worry, I’d never do no grimy sh*t like that to you.” – Kanan

“How could you kill someone you love?” – Tariq

“Some n*ggas say you’re not a real killer til you do.” – Kanan

Tariq then texts Tasha telling her he is in Queens. He then tells Kanan he has to go home.

Ghost and Dre meet up again at Truth.

Dre brags that he’s now the International General Manager for the Basset Hotel Group.

This doesn’t impress Ghost and he questions why Diego is dead but Jason isn’t. Dre then reminds Ghost that Kanan was the one who killed Diego, not Ghost.

So that means neither one of them honored their deal. Ghost says it doesn’t matter how he did it because Dre still owes him a body. Dre says he tried to take out Jason but Jason didn’t show up. So that means someone in Ghost’s organization is doing something dirty behind Ghost’s back. He says he doesn’t owe Ghost anything and he only met with Ghost to let them know to stop coming for him and his crew.

Alicia needs him now more than ever now that Diego is dead.

He tells Ghost the streets are now his.

Ghost tells Dre he came a long way since Dre was his mentee. Dre says he appreciates the lessons he learned from Ghost, but he has money to make. He gives Ghost a taunting pat, and then sees himself out.

After Dre leaves, Ghost texts Tommy that they need to kill Dre later that night.

Proctor meets with his cousin Benny.

Benny tells Proctor that the feds were asking him a lot of questions about how much time they spend together. Benny didn’t give them anything. He can tell they want to take down Proctor. Proctor explains that they want to take down his clients, and sometimes he wonders if he’s being too loyal.

He doesn’t want to snitch, but he’s not sure Ghost and Tommy won’t throw him under a bus to save themselves.

His cousin  has the laptop which contains evidence that Tommy murdered the federal agent. He can get immunity and go into witness protection. He’s also tired of the feds coming for his family. Benny tells Proctor to think long and hard about what his next move will be and then hands him his laptop.

Kanan meets his demise.

Tariq and Kanan are still riding. Noticing that Tariq hasn’t said much since their conversation about Shawn and the chaos with the drugs, Kanan asks if he’s okay. He tells Tariq not to worry about his botched drug deal because he made it right in the end.

He says it’s important to stay focused because he now is on the way to becoming one of the top distros in the city after everything he’s endured in the last ten years.

Cops turn on their lights behind Kanan’s car. Realizing he’s being pulled over, he tells Tariq to remain calm because there’s nothing in his trunk. Whatever happens, he’s not going back to jail.

The cops exit the vehicle and ask for IDs from both Kanan and Tariq.

They discover Tasha’s gun in Kanan’s trunk.

Back at the penthouse, Ghost comes to Tasha and asks for her gun. She doesn’t have it and he demands to know where it is.

As Kanan watches the police looking in his trunk, he’s getting nervous.

“I told you, I ain’t going back.” – Kanan

“I know.” – Tariq

Police then ask Kanan and Tariq to exit the vehicle.

They tell Kanan they found a gun. He says it’s not his because it’s a gun only females use.  More cop cars begin to pull up.

Tommy is waiting around the corner to take out Dre. He’s dressed in all black and texts Ghost asking him where he is. Dre begins to walk in Tommy’s directions, and Tommy puts on his gloves. Dre is busy and engaged into a phone conversation. Tommy walks away since he didn’t get an answer from Ghost.

Ghost and Tasha are arguing over the gun. She says she went behind his back to get things done the same way he went behind her back to talk to Silver.

She says the gun is with Tariq who is currently with Kanan and the NYPD is currently arresting Kanan.

This angers Ghost and he knocks a glass off the table.

Turns out there was a missing person report filed on Tariq by Tasha, so they ask Tariq if he was kidnapped against his will by Kanan.

Kanan says this is ridiculous and Tariq can vouch for him.

Tariq then says that he doesn’t know what Kanan is talking about.

“He was my friend Shawn’s father. I thought I was safe with him.” – Tariq

“Are you being held against your will?” – Cop

Tariq then shakes his head yes.

Disappointed once he realizes what’s going on, Kanan tells the police to just go ahead and take Tariq.

The cops take Tariq back to a police car to sit.

As another cop is putting handcuffs on Kanan, he grabs their gun and kills the officer.

This starts a shootout with Kanan and the remaining officers.

Ghost asks Tasha if Angela had anything to with Kanan being set up. Tasha says they tried to include him but he didn’t want to listen.

“So you both put our son’s life at risk. Tasha, you know Kanan’s not going to go down easy!” – Ghost

Tasha disagrees and said she played things smart by filing a missing person’s report. That way Tariq would be protected my multiple cops.

Tariq watches on from the back of the cop car in fear as Kanan takes out every cop one by one. He gets shot a couple of times, once in the stomach.

When Kanan gets to the last cop who is already drying from gunshot wounds, he walks over him and looks Tariq in the eyes while killing the last officer. Tariq is extremely in fear for his life.

Knowing he has an opportunity to kill Tariq, Kanan decides not to and gives him a look of disappointment before stealing one the police cars.

However, his gunshot wound to his stomach is fatal. While driving, Kanan begins to cough up blood, and collapses on the steering wheel before running off the road, then dying. Tariq is relieved and saddened at the same time.

Tasha and Ghost are at the police department, sitting next to each other in silence.

Officers bring out Tariq and Blanca tells Tasha she wants to talk to her now, then Ghost.

She takes Tasha to an interrogation room. Tasha says Kanan was a friend of the family. Keisha tells officers that Kanan was at the penthouse the day before Ray Ray was killed. So Tasha says it’s possible Kanan took her gun and used it to kill Ray Ray.

As Tariq is questioned, he breaks down crying and says he saw Ray Ray kill Raina. Ray Ray was after him because he saw Ray Ray steal from his friends. Ray Ray killed Raina instead. He lied to police because he was scared. The only person he told was Kanan.

Back at one of the Basset clubs, Diego’s head is discovered in the freezer. Shocked, Quinn and Cristobal look back at Dre once the discovery has been made.

Police rush to the scene.

As the St. Patrick family begin to exit the police department, they run into Angela who is carrying a box of files. Tasha gives her a smile and nod confirming everything worked out. While Ghost gives Angela a look of outrage.

Blanca is behind them, and Angela stops to hand her over the files on Ray Ray.

Angela says it turns out Ray Ray was just another dirty cop. So the case really is below her pay grade. She hands Blanca the box, and smirks as she walks out of the office.

Proctor is in the office with Mak, Tameika and Saxe. He tells them he has nothing to give them on Ghost but he knows for sure if anyone is helping Ghost and Tommy out, it’s Angela.

Tommy is at the morgue looking at Kanan’s covered corpse.

Ghost joins him.

He tells Ghost that Kanan knew Ghost would try to kill him. He asks Ghost when he will stop killing his people without telling him. Ghost says he’s not responsible for Kanan’s death and Tasha set it up with Tariq. Tommy doesn’t believe this. He wonders if Ghost was pretending to try to frame Dre to get him out the way.

But Ghost tells Tommy that Tasha made this call on her own, and even put Tariq’s life in danger. He didn’t want Kanan dead because Kanan saved Tariq’s life.

“With you, brother, I just don’t know anymore.” – Tommy

An employee walks in and removes the cover from Kanan, revealing his corpse.

“Rest in peace, you tough bastard.” – Tommy

Tommy walks away, leaving Ghost alone to continue looking at the corpse.
