Simone gets fed up with Contessa.
After Simone welcomes Contessa back to the group, Contessa mentions once again that she is recovering from surgery.
This angers Simone and she tells Contessa that she is stuffing the surgery in everyone’s faces.
They been arguing and Simone says, “F*ck you, Contessa,” before walking away.
Scott interjects and Simone tells him to get the “f*ck” away from her. At this point, Contessa goes off and screams that Simone has no right to talk to Scott that way.
“I guess she ain’t in pain now.” – Simone
“Hey! You’re too little, Simone. Don’t mess with her!” – Scott
The other husbands feel like it would be best for Scott to stay out of the drama. They calm him down.
After both Simone and Contessa calm down, Simone comes back over to Contessa to apologize. She explains that no one is out to get to Contessa. And Contessa wants people to know that she’s nobody’s victim.
In a green screen interview, Contessa says she hopes Simone doesn’t feel obligated to takes sides in the beef between Contessa and Toya.
Damon and Mariah have a moment.
After the blowup, the group eats.
Mariah then apologizes to Damon and says she respects him too much to have accused hm of cheating.
“I’m not about tearing down families. And the fact that I became that is disappointing to me.” – Mariah
In a green screen interview, Mariah says she will leave the bone carrying to Heavenly.
Damon says he forgives Mariah and appreciates her apology.
Heavenly says that she accepts Mariah’s apology too and hopes they can all move forward. Mariah hugs Damon and Simone is shocked that all parties have made peace.
They then start a dance off led by Damon.
When the group gets back on the bus, Toya reveals that they are going to have another group therapy session. No one is thrilled about this considering the last one.
Heavenly gets a second chance.
At the dinner table, Heavenly whispers and asks Toya if anyone knows that Heavenly will be seeing over the therapy session, again.
Simone says she needs a rum punch with extra rum. In a green screen interview, Heavenly says she doesn’t think Simone needs any more rum since that may be why she went off on Contessa in the first place.
Heavenly excuses herself from the table.
She then walks to the seasons setup as Toya reveals that Heavenly is going to be in charge of the therapy session. The group isn’t happy to hear this.
Regardless, they all get up and head to the chairs and candles that have been set up on the beach.
Right away, Heavenly thanks Toya for giving her a second chance.
She tells the group that they can ask her questions about her relationship with Damon.
Jackie asks her if she truly submits to Damon or if she just lets him think she is without actually submitting.
Heavenly says that they submit to each other. It’s God first always though.
Simone asks Heavenly how to disagree over disciplining the kids.
“I would have to say Damon is a better father than I am a mother.” – Heavenly
At the moment, Heavenly gets emotional and says that she wishes she would have been around for the kids more. But she thanks Damon for being there.
Contessa asks what keeps Heavenly’s marriage strong.
She answers s*x and making sure she respects Damon.
Damon sets the record straight.
Quad then asks Heavenly if she “trapped” Damon.
This is asked because Heavenly and Damon’s oldest son is 20 and they have been married for 20 years.
Heavenly says she did trap Damon and she was five months pregnant when they got married.
Damon then interjects and says that he was not trapped.
“I knew from the start this was going to be my wife.” – Damon
In a green screen interview, Damon says he wanted his kids to have their father around since he didn’t have that. And he will always be there for his family.
Everyone claps and tells Heavenly she did an amazing job.
The group heads out to do some free check ups in the community.
They arrive to the free clinic and the doctors start seeing patients.
Eugene takes the blood pressure of a client and it’s very high. She’s also having chest pains.
She tells Eugene that she stopped taking her meds because she was afraid of the side effects.
He does a EKG on her and he then tells her that she has to be diligent about taking her medicine everyday, as well as aspirin.
When the patient gets upset, Eugene calms her down by telling her he had the same problem. Aydin takes his blood pressure and it’s now 115 when it was 180 last year.
This makes the patient feel better as she understands that she too can get better.
Overall, the time at the clinic was a success.
Later that night, the group heads to Jacqui O’s Beach House.
Cecil and Simone planned this part of the trip.
Simone and Cecil have a chat with Quad.
Quad hears from Simone that she doesn’t have to pretend she’s okay if she’s not. So Quad opens up and says that she’s afraid of how the divorce is going to go.
Both Cecil and Simone tell her to relax and stay focused on the goal.
Then a cockroach crawls on Simone’s arm. She screams and knocks it to the ground.
So Quad takes this as a sign that there’s no saving her marriage.
The couple, Simone and Cecil, propose the group does one more exercise on their last night.
They must all name one thing they are putting in a shell and letting go of.
The ladies come clean about their marriages.
Simone says she’s letting go of Cecil’s female friend Tammy. Since the previous reunion, Cecil has cut Tammy out of his life to save their marriage.
“I’m going to move forward because Cecil is the man that I love.” – Simone
Heavenly is up next and says that she’s going to leave behind the anger that she has for Damon leaving the toilet seat up.
This annoys Simone who accuses Heavenly of not taking the exercise seriously.
“I mean it’s bullsh*t.” – Simone
In a green screen interview, Heavenly says her marriage is great. She can’t help it that not every marriage is a struggle.
Finally, Heavenly says she can be too controlling and she wants to work on that. In a green screen interview, Toya says she’s not buying this. She doesn’t believe Heavenly has any control over Damon.
Toya says that she wants to leave behind her bad attitude because it rubs off on Eugene.
Contessa says that she overreacts with Scott and expects to have a perfect and fairytale marriage.
Jackie says she wants to work on forgiveness.
Mariah says that she’s upset that Aydin may have lost her Chanel shoes. But she also projects on her husband and takes her anger on his family out on him.
Quad says that she needs to release the hurt and feeling of betrayal so she won’t bring any of that into other relationships.
Everyone gets up to throw their shells back into the ocean.
“And we can’t go back.” – Mariah
