The other day Cardi took to Instagram to post some Christmas gifts she got from Offset.
Most notably, she received a few new Birkin bags.
While Cardi was excited about the gifts, she received mixed reactions in the comment section. Some of her own fans urged her not to allow Offset to win her back with expensive gifts.
This may be one of the reasons Cardi just decided to delete the post.
However, a person who helped Offset with the purchases spoke out to Page Six recently.
Michelle Berk, of Privé Porter, had this to say about aiding Offset:
He called me out of the blue. He said, ‘You’ve got to help me out. I’m in deep trouble.’ I said, ‘If you want to win her back, it’s got to be an alligator Birkin.’
Berk says she later met Offset while the couple was in New York and he bought three bags for $106,000. Cardi was reportedly so happy when she saw the bags that she cried.
Of course, that is not all Cardi received from the Migos rapper. She was also gifted jewelry, two Chanel bags and several pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes.
Page Six is also reporting that Cardi and Offset are en route to Hawaii and may even treat it like a second honeymoon.
As for Cardi, she told fans days ago that vacationing with Offset in Puerto Rico does not mean they are back together.
