It’s time for Amara and Keyara to talk.
Amara is promoting her new song at a radio station.
After she wraps up her interview, Jojo comes by to catch up.
Jojo recaps on her last run in with Shay. At this point, Amara feels like Shay may be the messy one in the situation. Jojo breaks down in tears and says that her issues with her parents has impacted her romantic relationships.

They change the topic and discuss the fact that Keyara believes Amara was trying to hit on Gunplay.
Amara suggests that they go to Gunplay’s party so she can confront Keyara.
Keyara’s mom and sister come to Miami to visit.
They discuss the night Keyara was shot.
It’s an emotional moment as her mother recaps how scared she was when she got the news.
They discuss Gunplay and Keyara says that he won’t take responsibility for the DMs he received.
Plus, his drug problems have been really stressful as well.
But he wants to make things right by spending time with all of them soon.
A dark secret of Jessie’s is revealed.
Jessie meets with Trina for some advice.
She’s not understanding why the last producers she worked with just won’t give her the track she just recorded.
It’s also upsetting that Jessie was told she doesn’t have the right look for the music business. Apparently she was told she’s not “exotic looking” enough.
This leads to Jessie telling Trina that she was s*xually assaulted. She breaks down in tears as she tells her story. Her friend left her in a room alone before the attack took place.
“I would have never left her in the room by herself.” – Jessie
Trina consoles her.
Time is running out for Joy.
Joy is struggling to get her wig making business started.
The lease for her first office was pulled so she’s meeting with a business attorney for some advice. Her brother is there for support.
Since a lot of her assets are still tied to Trick Daddy, she’ll have to give him half of what she makes. She’s also responsible for Trick’s debt.
She has to make this divorce happen sooner than later.
Trina meets with Tarana Burke, the founder of the Me Too Movement.
Tarana conducts an interview.
They discuss how hard it is to be a woman in the Hip Hop industry and Trina reveals that one of her hardest moments in her life was her brother being shot to death.
After the interview ends, Tarana invites Trina to her upcoming event.
It’s the night of Gunplay’s party.
Trick spots Trina and Joy there together. So he confronts them.
Joy calls him out for not giving her the money for the divorce. But Trick believes she should “leave with what she came with.”
Trick gets irritated with both and decides to leave the party.
Trina calls Trick out for running away as he walks off.
Keyara and Amara hash it out.
Gunplay hits the stage.
Not too long after Amara and Jojo walk in. Keyara is not happy to see her.
Amara and Jojo walk up to Keyara and Amara tells Keyara she wants to talk about those DMs sent to Gunplay.
But Amara says Keyara doesn’t know the intentions behind her DMs. She says Keyara didn’t know if it was work related or not. Plus, she’s not romantically interested in Gunplay and never will be.
She’s only focused on her mother and career.
Keyara decides Amara could be telling the truth so she agrees to bury the hatchet.
In a green screen interview, Keyara says she will still keep an eye out on Amara.
Gunplay then comes out and Keyara gives him a big hug.
Trick taunts Joy.
Joy has a car wash to try to raise some money to hire a divorce attorney.
Both Pleasure P and Khaotic come through to support.
Not too long after, Trick Daddy also pulls up.
Trick denies holding Joy back from the divorce and says she should have saved up the money he gave her over the years.
He gives her $40 but refuses to let her wash his car.
This upsets her and she starts crying. Jessie consoles her and Trina arrives.
She invites Jessie and Joy to Tarana Burke’s event. They gladly accept.
As for Joy, she’s feeling like things are getting too stressful. But Trina questions why Joy just didn’t ask her for some financial help.
It comes down to pride for Joy but Trina hands Joy an envelope.
“Call your lawyer and say you’re getting a divorce.” – Trina
Joy emotionally hugs Trina.
Gunplay spends some time with Keyara, her mother and sister.
Her mother says that apologizing to Keyara doesn’t make things better. And Keyara’s sister says that his drug problems have been a lot for Keyara to handle as well.
Regardless, Gunplay knows he needs to do better and learn how to love himself.
Keyara’s mom says they key is for Gunplay to change the way he thinks.
But it will take patience and a willingness to overcome all obstacles in life.
Chinese Kitty has a story of her own.
Joy, Jessie, Trina and Chinese Kitty attend Tarana’s event.
It’s another emotional moment for Jessie as Tarana explains why she started the Me Too Movement.
Jessie says she was s*xually assaulted by someone in the music industry and it hurts to see him thrive today in the music business after what he did to her.
Tarana tells her to detach herself from her attacker so she can free herself.
Chinese Kitty reveals she was also s*xually assaulted. Her attacker waited until she started drinking.
She recalls being left on the side of the road. Her mother is the only person who knows.
