It looks like Stevie J and Joseline are heading back to court.
And it will for the custody of their daughter Bonnie Bella.
Years ago, they fought over custody and scandalous accusations were made.
Stevie accused Joseline of being on drugs and an unfit mother.
However, they were able to come to an agreement. Joseline was granted physical custody, while Stevie would have Bonnie on the weekends.
Apparently, the agreement hasn’t been working out.
According to Bossip, Stevie claims in court documents that Joseline won’t let him see Bonnie.
He also claims Joseline just uprooted herself to Miami and started shacking up with another guy. Stevie also claims that Joseline won’t allow him to speak to Bonnie on the phone.
He’s also telling the court that he’s fears for Bonnie’s well being and safety.
Since he believes Joseline is violating their custody agreement, he wants the judge to grant him full custody of Bonnie Bella.
The reality star claims he can give Bonnie a much more stable life with the aid of his wife Faith Evans and his adult children.
Stevie is also asking for child support.
In related news, Joseline isn’t the only one Stevie is having some tension with.
We already told you that Mimi Faust’s girlfriend Ty has been throwing shade at Stevie on Instagram. While Stevie questions what kind of mother Joseline is, Ty seems to believe he’s a part time dad to Eva.
Apparently, Stevie got tired of the shade, so he posted the following on Instagram:
Stevie claimed the post wasn’t shady, but some of his followers disagreed. Some even accused him of being disrespectful to the LGBTQ community.
He eventually deleted the post.
