Tommi and LeToya want another baby.
LeToya and her mother talk.
Tommi is dealing with his mother’s battle with cancer. Doctors have decided to end her chemo treatment.
The whole situation is really showing her that time is not promised. So she and Tommi are thinking about having another baby.
LeToya will have to talk with her doctor to see if she can have another baby. She had some hemorrhaging when she gave birth. It was a scary moment.
Surrogacy and adoption may also have to be considered.
Reginae is getting ready to buy a house.
Toya and Monica do some shopping.
They have some small talk and Toya says Reginae is looking for a home. For now. Reginae has been living with her since her lease to her apartment is up.
Monica says all the ladies should go to church together soon.
Tiny has a listening party.
She has music journalists and critics come out to hear her EP as Ryder.
LeToya is there to support.
Tiny gets a little annoyed that journalists keep asking her how she’s different from Ryder. She doesn’t want people to get lost in the name she’s using.
She’s now conflicted about which name to use.
Toya is glad to have Reginae back home.
She lets Reginae know that it’s fine to take her time finding a house.
Reginae wants her freedom and Toya stresses there will be rules. She wants to be able to have Lucci come over. While Toya is okay with that, she says Lucci can’t smoke in the house.
LeToya does research on surrogacy.
She takes a friend with her to speak to a doctor who can arrange it.
LeToya learns she could have had hemorrhage issues because she has fibroids.
When the doctor comes in, she tells LeToya that she can show her all her surrogacy options. For LeToya, she’s worried that the baby won’t connect with her if she doesn’t give birth.
But her doctor assures her that everything will work out.
LeToya is starting to feel better about surrogacy after this conversation. So she will take time to think about everything.
Tiny changes her mind.
While out to dinner with TI, Tiny tells him she’s going to release her EP under her name, instead of Ryder.
TI is happy to be right about this situation.
Tiny feels like her music is too personal to assign to her alter ego.
When Tiny says Monica wants them to all go to church, TI says he’s not going because religion is a scam. He sees no need to go to church because no man has greater access to God than he does.
He feels God is in the heart.
Monica gets her wish.
All the ladies agree to go to church to hear Monica’s stepfather preach.
He brings them to tears, except for Tiny.
The message of it being okay to be imperfect was touching.
At the end of the episode, producers confirm Tommi’s mother passed away from cancer.
