Evelyn isn’t ready to move on.
The episode begins back at Jackie’s crystal event and Shaunie calls a truce with Jennifer with a hug. However, when she leaves with Evelyn, Evelyn expresses doubt in Jennifer’s antics.
Evelyn wants Jennifer to admit to stirring the pot with her rumors about Shanice.
Tami’s ex has a stroke.
The next day, Jackie takes Shaunie out to meet with Tami. When Tami arrives, they dive into Jackies’s event. Jackie explains how she wanted to have Jennifer make peace but Shaunie says Jennifer is not anywhere near doing that.
Things turn somber when they talk about Tami’s ex Kenny Anderson suffering a stroke. Reggie’s letting her mourn the incident and Tami’s appreciative of this.
The situation makes her want to stop smoking but it’s a hard addiction for her to quit.
Meanwhile, Evelyn meets with Feby at a tattoo parlor. Feby’s getting a tattoo to celebrate and honor her grandfather’s life. He passed away from cancer and the two of them were close.
OG isn’t here for Kristen and CeCe’s truce.
Later on, CeCe hangs out with Malaysia, Jackie and OG. Kristen’s a major topic of conversation and CeCe and Kristen are trying to move forward. However, OG’s facial expressions catch Malaysia’s attention. OG tells everyone how CeCe’s talking behind Kristen’s back. OG says she wants everyone to be transparent and happy.
When CeCe says she’s going to invite Kristen to the bridal shower, OG says to tread lightly, which irritates Malaysia. Malaysia feels OG is undermining her efforts to bring CeCe and Kristen together.
When Malaysia leaves, the topic gets deeper. OG says she might reveal what everyone’s been saying about each other if CeCe and Kristen can’t get things right.
Jackie fails to glue Evelyn and Jennifer back together.
Evelyn is jumping into the CBD business and meets Jackie at a store she’s canvassing. She’s going to be launching a CBD skincare line and is hosting an event to promote the line.
Evelyn tells Jackie that Jennifer and Tami aren’t invited. Jackie does her best to speak for Jennifer but Evelyn isn’t hearing it.
Speaking of Tami, She’s meeting with her daughter Jazz to talk about Kenny. Jazz feels bad about it even though she and Kenny don’t have the best relationship. The conversation gets emotional as they both shed a few tears.
After her time at the CBD store, Evelyn has Leo at a sports store looking for baseball equipment. She’s impressed in her son’s baseball talent and says he definitely has Carl Crawford’s skills.
While at the store, she invites the girls, sans Jennifer and Tami, to the event.
Jennifer isn’t backing down.
Meanwhile Jennifer and Kristen hang out on the beach. Jennifer still defends herself over what’s already gone down. She also calls out Evelyn, saying she isn’t innocent either.
Jennifer says she basically feels like an orphan as she doesn’t have a great relationship with her father.
“…I fell alone.” – Jennifer
Kristen says Jennifer may need to spend time away from the group and Jennifer agrees.
OG and Jackie meet up for a night together at Jackie’s condo. OG brings over a bottle of wine and gets Jackie to make a cast mold of her booty. As the booty hardens, they talk about Kristen. Jackie asks if she can ever be cool with Kristen and OG says no.
OG points out CeCe and Kristen’s relationship and gets real shady.
“We’re all basketball wives.” – Jackie
“Jackie, not all of us are.” – OG
Jackie realizes OG knows something and whatever it is, it’s big.
Meanwhile, Tami goes to visit a hypnotist for help to quit smoking. This process doesn’t go very well as Tami fell asleep during the process.
Kristen and CeCe continue to make progress.
Evelyn is setting up for her event with the girls and she’s glad Jennifer’s not showing up. That enthusiasm is causing Evelyn to glow as she greats everyone.
At a point of the event, Malaysia has CeCe and Kristen together and Kristen gets invited to CeCe’s engagement party. However, Kristen declines as she has an engagement planned with her mom.
She’s going to a cancer walk with her mom. Her mom is a cancer survivor.
CeCe also tells them that she got an ultrasound and now has to have a procedure for a mass in her uterus. Kristen even offers to go with CeCe to the doctor.
OG causes chaos.
However, when OG arrives, Kristen gets hipped to the conversations CeCe has had with OG. The tension rises when OG pulls CeCe aside to give her a piece of her mind. Malaysia joins them and hears how OG wants CeCe to share what’s really on her mind about Kristen.
Eventually, this one on one becomes a group chat and OG calls Kristen a “fake b****.”
This back and forth escalates when Thomas’ name gets dropped. OG dropped a bomb when she reveals that Byron Scott isn’t really Thomas’ biological father.
Kristen then tries to fight her and Malaysia holds her back. This revelation shocks everyone else and they feel OG crossed the line. CeCe says that while OG “threw” this in Kristen’s face, this secret isn’t a secret after all. She doesn’t think it’s a big deal and she can’t understand why Kristen is so upset.
Shaunie heads to OG to tell her that what she did was wrong. Meanwhile, Malaysia tells Kristen that OG made an enemy our of her.
Shaunie also has words for CeCe for even telling OG this. When Kristen overhears this, Kristen goes off. Shaunie and Evelyn have to hold her back while Malaysia goes to confront CeCe.
Still, CeCe doesn’t really understand why everyone’s in shock.
