On the latest episode of “Married to Medicine,” the women try to work on their damaged relationships. After Simone’s meeting with Quad is a disaster, she attempts to hash things out with Heavenly. Things start off rocky, but both women are able to hear each other out finally. And Jackie is thankful for this.
Jackie also makes some progress with Mariah. She accepts that Mariah was offended by what was said on the podcast. So Jackie apologizes. And Mariah is ready to move forward.

So we know that “apology” Heavenly gave Simone wasn’t real because she’s been dragging her and Cecil on Twitter/IG for weeks now.

In my opinion Simone the same way u said Heavenly hurt ur feeling..That’s the same way Quad is feeling by the way u hurt her.

Are you kidding me it’s not the same Simone is mad at heavenly for what heavenly tweets in November’s and December after the reunion filmed and quad is mad at her for something toya and heavenly also said about quad. They even worked it out that night( crab boil)and talk it out at the reunion. Quad wants a storyline and she picked a fight with Simone hope Simone doesn’t film with her so she can fight someone else l.

I think Quad just wanted a moment and a storyline because her switch up from crying to Simone about repairing things to being hostile and late when they met up was nuts. Outside of her divorce people don’t seem to care about anymore, what other storyline does Quad have? She needs to have an issue with Simone so she can get camera time.

If anyone ever treated Heavenly the way she treats the others on the show, she’d have a meltdown. And her apology to Simone was weak and clearly didn’t mean anything.
