Ceaser hasn’t had the best luck with love since rising to fame thanks to the success of “Black Ink Crew.” He got engaged to Dutchess, but their relationship ended up bursting in flames on the show. He’s also not on the best terms with Miss Kitty which is why she migrated to Charmaine’s new shop in Chicago.
According to the Neighborhood Talk, Cease may have moved on to “Love And Hip Hop Miami” star Shay Johnson.
They were also spotted partying together recently.
