Ceaser from “Black Ink Crew” wants an empire. So he’s been focused on opening up multiple tattoo shops all across the country. Now that he’s at odds with Ryan over the Miss Kitty rumors, he plans to open a shop in Chicago.
Ryan felt it was disrespectful for Cease to decide to do this without talking to him first.
But Cease has no plans to change his mind. Interestingly enough, when a fan of the show said Cease is expanding his brand way more than Ryan with multiple shops and Ryan is local, Ryan actually responded. Check out the screenshot below.
