“Love & Marriage: Huntsville” fans fell in love with the show thanks to the twists and turns that went down between the couples. By the end of the first season, it was unclear whether the Holts would work things out or divorce. They had struggled to overcome Martell’s three-year affair.
Marsau and LaTisha Scott were attempting to not let cheating accusations made by the Holts destroy their marriage. Even though LaTisha said she believed her husband has never cheated, Melody continued to throw some shade.
And Maurice and Kimmi Scott were in the middle of a contentious co-parenting relationship with Maurice’s ex-wife Kiuwha.
Now all three couples have a new set of problems to deal with in season 2.
In fact, the longer trailer for the upcoming season was a doozy. While Martell and Melody are still having issues, both are still completely at odds with LaTisha and Marsau. But things get even worse after Marsau makes some very messy accusations about Melody’s mother. In fact, he claims there’s a scandalous “tape” out there. So Melody confronts him and things get heated.
Marsau and LaTisha are having marriage problems as LaTisha now has her own career to focus on. As she gets busier and busier, Marsau is not here for it. She believes that men who feel like their wives are too busy cheat. And Marsau tells LaTisha that she should be worried about their marriage.
Plus, Kimmi isn’t feeling the fact that Maurice wants her to pursue real estate fulltime.
LAMH returns July 11 at 8/7c on OWN.
