Hazel and De’Von wanted to work on their issues.
“Marriage Boot Camp” star Hazel E and her boo De’Von Waller came on the show to figure out their issues. While De’Von appears to be very much into Hazel, Hazel doesn’t fully trust him. In fact, she thinks it’s possible he’s just with her for clout. So when they discuss marriage, Hazel is insisting on making sure they sign a prenup. However, De’Von doesn’t agree with this. He believes prenups mean a couple doesn’t actually believe their marriage will last.
As for De’Von, he wants more respect from Hazel. She has a strong personality, so it’s been easy for her to take the lead in things. So De’Von is learning how to speak up for himself in a way that won’t cause conflict in their relationship.
While they have been focused on their issues in the boot camp house, there’s been some drama, too. So far, Hazel and De’Von have clashed with Willie Taylor and Shanda Denyce.
In fact, the two men came to blows on the recent episode. It all went down when Hazel and Willie were picked to be dance partners during one of the exercises. De’Von wasn’t feeling it, and after he had some words with Shanda, Willie intervened. Of course, things only worsened at this point.
Hazel makes some interesting accusations about the cast.
Even though Hazel isn’t on the best terms with Shanda and Willie, she had an interesting response after a Twitter user said she was being fake on the show.
The person tweeted that they know the show is a “little fake,” but adding Hazel to the cast made it “extra fake.”
When Hazel spotted the tweet, she wrote, “How we fake? We the only other real couple in the house besides Willie & Shanda weirdo.”
