Mariah and NeNe may be departing their shows.

Although NeNe Leakes and Mariah Huq have critics, they also have a lot of supporters as well. In fact, a petition was created in honor of both women by Bravo fans. In the petition, the creators called for a boycott of the network. This is due to the fact that both NeNe and Mariah expressed that they felt they weren’t receiving fair treatment behind the scenes.

As of now, NeNe has not been filming the upcoming season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

And Dr. Heavenly Kimes recently said that Mariah Huq is no longer on “Married to Medicine” because no one wanted to film with her.

Did NeNe and Mariah move forward with their plans to sue?

Regardless, both NeNe and Mariah may have moved forward with their lawsuits.

Eva Marcille addressed this while filming “The Rickey Smiley Show.”

During Gary’s Tea segment, Eva was asked if NeNe would be returning to RHOA.

She said, “I mean there’s a lawsuit looming…some of the women at Bravo are suing Bravo right now and so I don’t know.”

When she was asked if the women suing are on RHOA or other Housewives shows, Eva said, ” Oh, of Atlanta. Not all of them. But a few of the housewives of Atlanta and then some of other Bravo shows that Black women are on have started a petition and in a lawsuit against Bravo. And that’s all I know.”

Eva was then asked why they are suing and she said, “The treatment of African Americans in the workplace. Now, who all agrees with that, I can’t say but that’s what it’s predicated on.”

She would go on to tell Rickey that there are times she felt uncomfortable filming RHOA. And she completely understands why NeNe is hesitant about returning considering the racial climate, the drama of being on the show, and the fact that Gregg Leakes is still technically battling cancer.
