On the latest episode of “Real Housewives of Potomac,” the women conclude their time in Portugal. Ashley’s mind has been on the character statement she wrote to help Monique. After she comes clean about this to Robyn and Gizelle, they tell her that her attempt to have a friendship with Candiace has now been soiled. And with Candiace being so hurt about being assaulted by Monique, there may be no way for Ashley and Candiace to come back from this. Regardless, Ashley is staying loyal to Monique.

While Ashley is confident in her friendship with Monique, Candiace is no longer confident in her friendship with Karen. In fact, she tells Gizelle about this. And she admits she looks at Karen differently. She wanted Karen to firmly stand with her but Karen didn’t do this.

As for Karen, she reveals one of the reasons behind this. And she says that she actually saw the statement Candiace turned in to the court. In the statement, Candiace said she “released a glass at Monique in self-defense.” So Karen is waiting for Candiace to come clean about this. Both women were wrong, not just Monique.

Although the other women pile up on Karen and Ashley for their support of Monique, both women refuse to fold. And it’s upsetting for Candiace as they wrap up their trip.

Here’s a recap for, “Fifty Shades of Betrayal.”
