Ayana Fite and ReeMarkable clashed over Brandon Barnes.
“Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta” star Ayana Fite had a nasty fallout with Brandon Barnes. On the first season of the show, both claimed each other as cousins. And Ayana even had Brandon’s back during his feud with Reginae Carter. Reginae took issue with Brandon’s comments about her father Lil Wayne. In fact, Brandon claimed that he was some sort of image consultant and he could have helped Lil Wayne’s career if he was given the opportunity.
Well, Reginae took offense. So she clashed with Brandon over this before deciding not to do another season of the show.
The following season, Brandon found himself at odds with Waka Flocka, Tammy Rivera, and Ayana. They told Deb Antney that they believed Brandon was a shady character. At the time, Brandon always looked at Deb as a mother figure. So she was torn when everyone began to doubt Brandon’s story of being in firefighter school.
As Ayana began to distance herself from Brandon, ReeMarkable formed some opinions. She questioned Ayana’s loyalty. And the two women got into it on Twitter, too. So on the current season of “Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta,” Ayana still isn’t feeling ReeMarkable. And even though Ree wants to move on from their issues, Ayana hasn’t been ready to do son. On a future episode, things get worse. They nearly come to blows, too.

Ayana sounds like a hypocrite. She wanted Ree to mind her business but she definitely got involved when Brandon was getting into it with Reginae. So what’s the difference?

Now that Brandon is gone, Ree is Ayana’s new storyline. Interesting.

Brandon is no longer on the show so this should be a non issue and easy to let go.
