Ashley Darby and Candiace Dillard may never get along.
“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Candiace Dillard really can’t stand Ashley Darby. This is despite the fact that Candiace was introduced on the show as Ashley’s friend. Things went left after Ashley said that she was thinking about cutting back on drinking. She was trying to get pregnant again after a miscarriage. When Candiace noticed Ashley still drinking beers, she called Ashley out on it. She also questioned if Michael Darby’s tears were real when he got emotional about the miscarriage Ashley suffered during Monique Samuels’ rainbow baby event.
The whole situation was triggering for Ashley. And they argued at Candiace’s townhouse. When Ashley told Candiace not to ruin her mother’s table with the butter knife in her hand, Candiace got so angry she threw the butter knife in Ashley’s direction. And her husband Chris Bassett had to keep Candiace from putting her hands on Ashley.
Even though the butter knife blowup was pretty bad, Candiace and Ashley tried to move past it. But it was a wrap after Ashley wrote a character statement to keep Monique out of jail. Of course, the character statement addressed the butter knife incident.
Fans have had a lot to say about Candiace and Ashley’s feud on social media. Recently, Candiace had something to say in response to those who have accused her of being jealous.
