Candiace Dillard and Ashley Darby are used to being foes.
“Real Housewives of Potomac” stars Ashley Darby and Candiace Dillard have a very long history of feuding. But many fans know that things really went left after Ashley made it known she was trying to get pregnant. At the time, her doctor told her to take a break from drinking. And when Ashley didn’t do this, Candiace questioned if she was really trying to get pregnant. Now, this didn’t sit well with Ashley because she was still processing the miscarriage she had. And many fans know that things also got so heated between them at one point that Candiace threw a butter knife in Ashley’s direction. She wanted Ashley out of her home after Ashley said that it was Miss Dorothy’s house.
Things only got worse after Candiace’s altercation with Monique Samuels. Ashley was Team Monique. She even wrote a character statement to keep Monique out of jail after Candiace pressed charges. This may have led to the charges being dismissed since Ashley referenced the butter knife incident in the statement.
Candiace said that she couldn’t get past how Ashley rode for Monique during this time. Plus, she felt blindsided because before everything went down, she actually apologized to Ashley for all of their past blowups. After everything that happened, Candiace said in an interview she didn’t think they could ever be on good terms again.
Well, Candiace may have spoken too soon. After the RHOP cast wrapped up the reunion on Friday, certain posts on social media have fans speculating that Ashley and Candiace may finally be on good terms.
