Michael Darby is a very controversial RHOP husband.
“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Ashley Darby has had to answer for her husband’s controversies plenty on the show over the years. At one point, Michael Darby seemed to be hit with accusations ahead of every new season. He’s been accused of being unfaithful. Ashley was hurt when he was with another woman in a hotel room. The photos of the moment were posted on the blogs. However, Ashley and Michael decided to work on their marriage. On the current season, Michael didn’t film many scenes with the rest of the group. He said he just didn’t want to be around Candiace Dillard and Chris Bassett. This could be one of the reasons why Michael was also a no-show at this season’s reunion.
Although Michael didn’t attend the season 6 reunion, he was still a topic of discussion. On a preview for part 3, a fan of the show accuses Ashley of being hypocritical when it comes to Mia Thornton’s husband. Ashley thought Gordon Thornton crossed the line during the couples’ trip. When Ashley and Gizelle Bryant attempted to explain how Michael’s past actions in the group weren’t as controversial as Gordon’s, of course, the producers came with the receipts.
