NeNe Leakes wouldn’t mind getting her peach back.
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes had a controversial departure from the show. In fact, she had plenty to say about what she feels happened on social media. Apparently, producers took issue with her grabbing a cameraman’s t-shirt when he entered her closet. Some of the other ladies also accused NeNe of knocking the man’s tooth out. Regardless, NeNe felt as if she was being treated unfairly. She referenced the time that Teresa Giudice pushed Andy Cohen at the reunion. The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star was not disciplined for this according to NeNe. So NeNe started to feel as if she wasn’t being treated as her non-black peers. And she thought it was unfair that Kim Zolciak was the only one who was offered a true and longtime spinoff show, “Tardy for the Party” after refusing to film RHOA.
NeNe’s close friendship with Andy crumbled after her departure. She hopped on social media and accused Andy as well as other Bravo executives of being racist. NeNe also encouraged her fans to boycott the network. A petition was even created in support of her and “Married to Medicine” creator Mariah Huq.
However, NeNe recently revealed that she is now open to returning to “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” But she would need to first sit down and have an important conversation with Andy.
Interestingly enough, it doesn’t seem like Andy is interested in NeNe’s return at this point. His recent comments had a lot of fans talking online.
