Bobby continues explaining what happened with Erica’s friend.
As Bobby continues to recap Cyn and Jonathan about why he feels Erica owes him an apology, he says that he was out with his friend Kaylin. Erica’s friend confronted Kaylin about Safaree and he tried to break it up. This is when he was assaulted by the woman. And Erica left a comment on Instagram which insinuated that she paid her friend to come and be violent.
In a green screen interview, Erica says that while she did file for divorce, it doesn’t mean Safaree had a right to be dating other women. She just gave him his first son.
Erica and Bobby agree to move forward.
Bobby decides to hash things out with Erica with Jonathan and Zell there to keep things peaceful. Erica says she doesn’t have to pay any of her friends to put her hands on anyone. In a green screen interview, Erica says that Bobby got involved and got snuffed.
Erica seems to insinuate that Bobby hit the woman back. Bobby gets angry and says he’s not about to let anyone get in his face and assault him. Although Erica knows that Safaree should take most of the blame, she feels Bobby was wrong to invite Kaylin to Safaree’s party. She breaks down in tears and says that she’s in the middle of a divorce. So she doesn’t want to blame Bobby or have any issues with him over what happened. And Bobby says he’s sympathetic to how Erica’s feelings but he had no idea things would go down the way he did. He didn’t have messy intentions.
Bobby says he just wants to move forward and he will forgive Erica because he knows what she’s going through. And Erica agrees that she wants to move forward, too. The conversation ends in laughs and a good time.
Brooke gives an update on her marriage to Marcus.
Erica later has a conversation with Mimi, Yo-Yo, and Brooke. She says that people keep telling her she can’t be upset that Safaree is dating other people when she filed for divorce. But Erica says the issue is she feels Safaree should have fought for her after she filed. Brooke says that men will act out when they are hurt and do things to be spiteful. And Marcus cheated on her while she was pregnant with their daughter.
It was painful and she was even on bed rest at the time. For Brooke, she feels Marcus cheated out of immaturity. He’s never been married before and every day is work for their marriage.
Mimi said it took years for her to get over Stevie J. It will be a process for Erica and she won’t heal overnight. She didn’t find out the extent of Stevie’s relationship with Joseline until she watched LHHATL.
Peter talks to Amina about Cisco.
Amina and Peter hang out. She says that nothing happened between her and Cisco. In a green screen interview, she claims they did make out a little but they didn’t sleep together. She invites Peter to her divorce party and Peter jokes that it took Amina two years to stop wanting to sleep with him. But they are on good terms and he’ll be happy to attend her party.
Booby invites everyone to participate in his field day games. And the teams are selected. So they get on the bus to get to the destination for the games, the beach.
Jonathan and Zell clash.
While everyone is on the bus, Zell tells Bobby and Jonathan that they are “too gay” for him. Jonathan says he’s proud to be gay and Dominican. He also claps back and tells Zell that he doesn’t tone down his blackness, so he should understand that Jonathan is proud of who he is, too. Zell feels this was disrespectful for Jonathan to say.
Cisco pulls Mimi aside and says he wants to talk to Cyn about what went wrong between them professionally six years go. He was trying to produce music for her and developed a crush. However, she told him what they had was just business. And he then told her that she would have to pay him back for all he’s done. He now realizes he was wrong. But he hasn’t been able to talk to her because she’s been boo’d up with Booby.
Mimi tells him that he will have an opportunity to talk to Cyn. He just needs to think positively.
Erica has to face her estranged husband.
Safaree makes his entrance on the beach on an ATV. Erica looks hurt and Shekinah and Mimi come over to support her. Shekinah tells Erica she doesn’t need anybody but herself and God. Erica is nervous about how things will go now that Safaree is there.
