Marsau Scott Claps Back After LAMH Fan Says Martell Holt & Melody Holt Made Him Famous

Marsau Scott’s friendship with Martell Holt has been tested.

Marsau Scott is used to receiving criticism from “Love & Marriage: Hunstville” fans. In fact, he was accused of being very insensitive and even s*xist during the first season. Some fans felt he was wrong to not agree with LaTisha Scott having a career of her own. For Marsau, this didn’t make sense. And he was working hard so LaTisha could stay home and take care of their children.

Interestingly enough, Marsau has also been hit with cheating accusations. The first person to make these claims was Martell Holt. Martell didn’t like seeing Marsau make jokes about his longtime affair with Arionne Curry. He went on to accuse Marsau of cheating with 20 different women. This strained their friendship. However, Martell would eventually back down from the accusations. But he made more cheating accusations on social media, and Maurice Scott, as well as Louis Whitlow, were also targeted.

It didn’t help things when Arionne accused Maurice and Marsau of cheating as well. Regardless, the Scott brothers have denied stepping out on their wives. And it’s clear that their friendship with Martell continues to be very up and down.

Marsau Scott clapped back when a LAMH fan said the Holts made the other cast members famous.

In the meantime, Marsau continues to respond to comments from LAMH fans on social media. And he certainly had something to say when one Instagram user told him that the Holts made him and the others famous.

This occurred because the person felt like Marsau was being shady to Melody on Instagram after he highlighted the accomplishments of the Scotts. He made the post after the recent airing of the LAMH special on OWN. The person wrote, “Seems like you forgot who helped make Scott 1.0 and 2.0 famous. If you didn’t like the edits be mad at the producers and keep them subliminals about Mel to yourself. Whatever ? they did brought you into the home of millions and helped you achieve success faster. Quit biting the hand that helped you up and deal with those who are about to tear you down for ratings ?.”

In response to this, Marsau wrote, “You think we were just sitting under a rock? We’re doing EXACTLY what we did from the beginning. Just know that if anyone could do it without us we would’ve been gone. Learn something sis.”

  1. But that person was reaching. He wasn’t shading Melody. And she and Martell are not gods. They are people and the show wouldn’t be successful if it wasn’t for the ensemble cast it has. Stans are so annoying.

  2. If I were Marsau I wouldn’t’ve dignified that comment with a response.
The couples weren’t in competition with each other. I like seeing Black success but it all went left when things got said and accusations were made but the coup de grâce was Marty and Melody’s situationship. That got ran into the ground! The entire focus(so I thought)was Black business but no it was drama-filled. LaTisha’s Mom coming to stir several pots being a busy body with everybody not just her son-in-law.
People are entitled to their opinions.Being on tv is like being in an open-air market. Everyone can look at you, pick you up, judge you then put you back or buy you.
