Keke and LaTisha continue their argument.
The episode begins with LaTisha walking away from her cousin Keke and calling Kimmi. As she recaps what happened with Keke, Keke confronts LaTisha outside. Eventually, LaTisha apologizes to Keke for talking to Melody about Keke’s personal issue. Despite the apology, it doesn’t seem anything was truly resolved.
Martell wants back into Scholt.
The next day, Martell visits Marsau at the Scholt office to talk business. During their conversation, Martell tells Marsau about the book signing situation. Marsau feels Melody and Martell are using the kids as pawns. Next, Martell asks Marsau how he would feel if Martell did buy back into Scholt. Marsau lets him know that while LaTisha, as the main shareholder, will have to sign off on it, he feels Marsau could join in on a joint venture. He feels he wouldn’t mind it, however.
While at home, Maurice is working on their entertainment suite as Kimmi watches. She tells Maurice about this phone call she had with LaTisha during LaTisha’s argument with Keke. Maurice mentions that it’s going to escalate even further once Miss Wanda finds out and she’s going to be thrown into the middle of it.
Destiny meets with Maurice.
Later on, Destiny stops by Maurice’s office for a meeting. Maurice’s helping Destiny work on her finances and credit after her divorce. She also tells Maurice she also had to get public assistance to help out. Maurice suggests Destiny uses her MaDonni beauty supply storage space for other revenue sources. Destiny realizes it’s time to focus on her salon suites Marsau is contracted to build.
Next, Maurice gives advice to Destiny about her friendship drama with LaTisha and Melody. Destiny does admit that if Melody told her first LaTisha was her enemy prior, she wouldn’t have been LaTisha’s friend.
LaTisha isn’t interested in Martell’s proposition.
Speaking of LaTisha, she’s at the Scholt office with Marsau. LaTisha brings up how she wants Miss Wanda to shadow Marsau at Blaque. That way she can learn how to run a business so she can move forward with her food truck. Marsau has an awkward proposition of his own when he asks how LaTisha would feel if Martell buys back into Scholt.
LaTisha says she doesn’t trust Martell after all of the drama from the past. He then brings up the joint venture idea, working on Destiny’s salon studio, and LaTisha agrees to this. However, she’s not on board with Martell buying back in.
Melody pulls out receipts on Destiny.
Later on, Destiny meets with Melody for coffee and to hopefully hash out any of the differences they have. Apparently, Destiny was working on a project with a friend of Melody’s and they put the project on hold due to the strain of Destiny’s friendship with Melody.
Melody says she didn’t tell her friend to make that move. She then gets back to her own issues with Destiny. Melody tells Destiny that it was hypocritical for her to be upset that Melody wanted a little time to herself while she processed her divorce. However, she didn’t give Destiny a hard time about not telling her about her own divorce until it was final.
It gets tense when Melody says that Destiny lied at the reunion but she decided not to call Destiny out then and there. According to Melody, Destiny lied when she said she hadn’t been in communication with Melody after they wrapped up filming the season.
Melody pulls out text messages back in September 2021 detailing their contact. The text messages show that Melody and Destiny were in fact in communication. Melody reached out first and it seemed like they were still on good terms. This leads to Destiny and Melody having a back and forth, especially when they bring up LaTisha. Destiny then feels some type of way when Melody brings up how Destiny constantly talks to Martell. For Melody, the issue is she doesn’t like that Destiny goes to LaTisha and Martell to discuss her when she knows the history. But neither Melody nor Destiny can agree on anything except that their friendship is officially over.

Destiny clearly came to the reunion with the intent to call out Melody so this could be her storyline this season. She’s once again deflecting and avoiding talking about why her husband left her. That is what people really want to know. This season is boring!
Honestly Destiny’s story about public assistance isn’t adding up. She needs to be careful before she’s completely exposed. There are also several holes in her story about her divorce. It’s odd that a main cast member continues to evade sharing on a reality show and keeps her job.
I am truly confused by this cast. They treat Melody like the devil but give Martell a pass on everything when he’s done much worse to all of them. Martell literally accused all of the husbands of cheating yet they are all smiling and talking about hiring him? They attack Melody on and off the show and even use their relatives to do it on social media, but Martell is the one they are cool with and feel sorry for? On top of that, Martell treated Destiny like trash about her divorce. But it’s Melody that Destiny didn’t want to talk to about the divorce and she’s sitting here bad mouthing Melody to everyone who already hates her. But she’s the victim here? I really don’t like this show anymore. All they do is gang up on Melody.

I wantto know why they divorced however, Melody need to heal so she can stop being so bitter. I hope she and Martel get back together and he see the grass is not greener on the other side.
Melody is the star of this show. Everyone is making her their storyline. How this usually ends is she’ll eventually get sick of it and quit. Then the show will flop. ????????♀️
The fan base is confusing too Babygirl. All these comments about how mean and bitter Melody is but no one talks about how this same group of people treats her and how they side with Martell on everything. I guess Melody isn’t supposed to get fed up and just keep taking it with a smile, right? Why the double standards? I’ve never seen anything like this. Fans really want Melody to be abused, mistreated, disrespected, and bullied by an entire group of people who were always just “Martell’s friends” and not ever defend herself? Throw the whole show away. Between the cast and the fans, I am over it. I may stop watching. I really hope Melody leaves this show. I’ll watch the DC one for Monique.
Destiny really picked the dumbest fight with Melody and I’m so annoyed. Real friends don’t get upset when they don’t hear from you when they are going through things. I can go a long time without talking to my friends and when we catch up, we pick up right where we left off like mature adults. Destiny needs to focus on getting her life together and stop this weird fixation on Melody.
I understand that they are grown women but I am with Melody on this. No way on God’s green earth my friend is going to be my ex-husband’s good friend. No way, my good friend is going to be talking a man that did me wrong like that every single day.
Melody needs time to heal from what she went through with Martel, even the strongest people need time to heal. I think she needs to take time off these FAKE friends and TV and get to a better place. I understand she’s all about the coin but mental health is more important. The wounds are clearly still open and so she is going to move in a certain way because of that.

I graduated high school in 1985 and I left the nonsense then and was on my becoming an adult hustle.
This show has gone a completely diff direction.
This cast is so childish. I can’t imagine being newly divorced, supposedly struggling financially, and more worried about another woman not talking to me every day. Destiny is so exhausting. I wish Melody would have just let Destiny have her victim narrative at the reunion because fans thinking the worst of Melody every season won’t stop God from continuously blessing her. Let people think what they want. It’s all nonsense anyway. I hope Melody has an exit plan from this toxic show. I really started to like her after she finally left Martell. She’s been blossoming since. And that is why everyone is really mad.
