‘P-Valley’ Fan Theories: Will Keyshawn Be the One to Take Down Derrick?

Keyshawn and Lil Murda both have a lot to figure out.

“P-Valley” is having an epic second season. And as usual, the show keeps viewers talking plenty on social media. On the current season, Lil Murda and Uncle Clifford still have not hashed out their issues. However, as Lil Murda tours with Keyshawn, it’s clear that Uncle Clifford stays on his mind. Lil Murda told Keyshawn that he’s in love. So as they travel to different places, he picks up postcards to send her. Keyshawn encouraged Lil Murda to be more sentimental with the messages he writes on them if he wants to hold on to Uncle Clifford’s heart.

As for Uncle Clifford, she hasn’t been able to move on from being rejected by Lil Murda on the season one finale. This is the case even though Lil Murda only did so to protect his image from homophobia. Interestingly enough, Lil Murda won’t be able to have a future with Uncle Clifford until he figures out what he was with Big Teak.

Another storyline that has fans intrigued is the one between Keyshawn and Derrick. From day one, viewers were shown how abusive the relationship is. On the recent episode, Keyshawn learned that Derrick’s violence was shifted to their children during her absence. When she attempted to leave, he was once again violent to her. And that hasn’t been easy for fans to watch.

Some fans are hoping that Keyshawn will finally be able to get out of the abusive situation. And Showrunner Katori Hall may have hinted at that possibility.
