Harold continues to take shots at Kirk.
Rasheeda and Kirk join Shirleen and Rasheeda’s father Harold for dinner. Shirleen was hoping that dinner would give Harold and Kirk an opportunity to hash out their issues. Harold doesn’t like Kirk and he says the issue is the way Kirk has treated Rasheeda in the past. In his opinion, Rasheeda would have been even more successful on her own. And Rasheeda is just Kirk’s meal ticket. So Kirk tells Harold he’ll probably change his opinion when he can see the work Kirk actually puts into the couple’s empire.
Bambi and Scrappy clash over Momma Dee.
Scrappy visits Bambi while she’s putting in work at the recording studio. They discuss Momma Dee. Scrappy would like for Momma Dee to come over and help her with the kids while he’s busy on tour. Bambi is over Momma Dee at this point. She’s already told Momma Dee she can come to see the kids whenever she pleases. But Momma Dee still hasn’t come back around. And since Momma Dee is shading her on social media and seemingly befriending his exes to get under her skin, Bambi isn’t driven to fix things with her mother-in-law.
The conversation between Scrappy and Bambi doesn’t go far before an argument ensues because Bambi feels like Scrappy never really lets her speak. And he talks over her. So she walks away from the conversation. Scrappy eventually follows her outside to continue arguing. He’s tired of her and Momma Dee fighting. Nothing is resolved so Bambi drives off.
Scrappy understands Bambi’s perspective.
Harold goes with Rasheeda, Kirk, and their family to see the land they own. They discuss their real estate plans. He’s impressed and jokingly asks for a job. Rasheeda is grateful that it’s looking like Harold will stick around.
Momma Dee catches up with Scrappy while he’s wrapping up at the dentist’s office. He tells her that Bambi has a right to her feelings. He has noticed that Momma Dee does things to upset Bambi. And the way she goes at Bambi on social media isn’t cool. So if Bambi doesn’t want the kids around Momma Dee as a result of her actions, Bambi is entitled to feel that way.
As for Momma Dee, she is hurt. But Scrappy is going to support his wife. It’s up to Momma Dee to start considering Bambi’s feelings more so they can fix their relationship. Scrappy will not be trying to force them to talk. He’s done and he’s respecting Bambi’s feelings moving forward.
It’s a new chapter for Rasheeda and Harold.
Harold comes over to have another chat with Rasheeda and Kirk. He apologizes for all the mean things he has said. And he will move to Atlanta to stay in one of their houses. Harold is ready to work to contribute to the family business.
Meda and Kendra’s conversation only adds to the drama.
Spice and Meda meet up with Joc and Kendra. Meda says that she and Joc have messed around from 2008 to 2019. After Joc denies this, she pulls out a paper with what she alleges are old text messages between them from 2019. In one message, the number that is supposedly Joc’s, says they want to make love.
Kendra gets mad and goes off on Joc after he walks away while saying the messages could be PhotoShopped. Kendra eventually goes back to Meda and she asks for Meda to show these same messages on her phone. However, Meda says she can’t do that because she switched out phones. Kendra says that shouldn’t mean anything and Meda gets mad. She yells that she was in Joc’s life first and she walks toward Kendra like she’s ready to swing.
Luckily, both women are restrained so things don’t actually become violent. And Meda says she has no regrets about what she did because Kendra kept asking for “information.”

Momma Dee is good TV
I think that’s the problem. Momma Dee is “good TV” but she isn’t a good mother-in-law, and she’s a selfish mother who causes nothing but problems for her son. She’s doing the most for TV fame at the expense of her family. LHHATL won’t be on the air forever. I think it’s ignorant to ruin family relationships for a temporary TV show. I haven’t laughed at her in years. But at least a few of you are still laughing, right?
I remember when people thought it was so hilarious that Momma Dee couldn’t spell out the b word. People really think black stereotypes are hilarious and that’s unfortunate.
Meda and Kendra both looked stupid on this episode. Both are very successful black women with businesses and respected careers, nearly fist fighting over…YUNG JOC. I want Black women to do better like right now. Kendra married Joc even though she knew he had a boatload of kids and baby mommas. She’ll probably never know peace being with him. And Meda is bragging about being a booty call for over a decade. It’s embarrassing.
I just don’t understand this foolishness over Joc. My brain isn’t big enough. Kendra thinks she’s putting her foot down but she looks just as ridiculous as Meda. So unfortunate.
I am at a loss for words. I truly wish Meda and Kendra knew they deserve better. I hate to see women fight over men because a man worth fighting over wouldn’t even put you in the position to fight over him.
