Marvin is in a lot of trouble.

Dominic, the Boselli associate who survived the hit on Toni going wrong barely makes it to the hospital after he’s been shot. He collapses and hospital staff begins checking his injuries.

Meanwhile, after Kanan’s girlfriend Corrine tells Raq she caught him I’m bed with her mother Palomar, Raq pays Palomar a visit. She holds a gun to Palomar’s head while warning her to stay away from the teenage boy. Famous sees the interaction from a distance.

Unique approaches Marvin about the hit that went wrong. He’s already figured out that Marvin hired Marco to take out Toni. But Marco ended up dead, too. Since Dominic didn’t die, Marvin’s life is in danger.

Scrappy’s mom tells Kanan she knows her son didn’t kill himself. And she believes Raq knows this as well. So if Raq doesn’t do something, she will.

Sal has questions.

Lou Lou threatens DJ Mo Craze by gunpoint to play Zisa’s music on the radio. Zisa repays Lou by sleeping with him once her song is played on the station.

Jukebox heads to Kenya’s place only to be ambushed by her pastor and other church members. She is forced to watch a video of a married, straight couple having ***. She is told that being gay is demonic and she’s hit by a belt as the pastor denounces her.

Howard complains to his boss about Burke investigating his old cases. He’s told that Burke has already overreached with Nicole’s case and Nicole’s father thinks she had something to do with it.

Famous tells Kanan about Raq’s conversation with Palomar. She confirms to Kanan that they are done. He’s not happy about this. And he’s also not happy that Famous discovered the paternity test he’s taking for Howard.

Sal is grieving Marco’s untimely death. And he tells Unique to find out who Marco was working with.

Kanan is tired of Raq’s lack of transparency.

The Captain tells Burke she’s been warned already to stop meddling. He warns her to stay out of Howard’s business or she’ll be out of a job.

Raq calls an associate to handle something for her. Abraham Drew was arrested for weapons possession. She wants this handled.

She shows Kanan their new house. He’s more interested in what happened with Palomar. He asks her why she threatened Palomar when he did something he wanted to do. Raq says he could have different feelings later in life because Palomar is a rapist with other young victims. He brings up the conversation with Scrappy’s mother. And Raq still maintains that he died by his own hands. Since Kanan realizes Raq still isn’t being honest, he ends their conversation.

Sal finds out his associate Dominic was the last person Marco was with.

Marvin finds Jukebox behind the house tearfully burning all the clothes Kenya bought her.

Jukebox and Marvin confront Kenya.

Sal visits Dominic in the hospital. He is told that Raq’s brother ordered the hit that left Marco dead. He orders that his men kill Dominic and set up a meeting with Raq immediately.

Marvin and Jukebox head back to Kenya’s so Marvin can give her a piece of his mind. He questions if she was sinning when she abandoned him and Jukebox to chase basketball players. Kenya slaps him and Jukebox tells her she was fine without her. And she refuses to be brainwashed by religion.

Kanan spends the night at Howard’s. And Burke fails to get any information out of Raq when she questions her about being an underage informant for Howard years ago.

Marvin and Jukebox have a tender moment as he tells her he’s learned a lot from his anger management course and he’s trying to be a better person. Jukebox says she can see the changes. Marvin is still glowing because Jukebox called him dad in front of Kenya.

The game continues.

Once Marvin and Unique break down why Sal wants to talk to Raq alone, Raq is heated. And she’s in disbelief over Marvin’s actions. Regardless, she refuses to let Sal see her sweat. And she tells him Marvin is not going to be killed because Marco flopped at the gig he agreed to.

Crowne’s body is discovered by the authorities. And Marvin is shot at while he’s talking to Miss Renee about how much the anger management course has helped him. The episode ends on a cliffhanger as their bodies hit the ground. So it’s unclear if either survived.
