Destiny and Melody agree to be cordial.

The episode begins with Stormi’s peace dinner continuing. Melody and Destiny speak about their interaction during the grand re-opening with everyone present. Everyone gives their thoughts about the interaction. Stormi asks if they’re now cool and no one answers the question.

Melody says it’s okay if they can just be cordial. Oddly enough, Destiny and Melody toast to being okay with where they are regarding a lack of friendship.

Overall, Stormi feels the night was a success as she presents her guests with gifts. As they’re walking out, Melody asks Kimmi if she’s okay. Kimmi isn’t ready to share her cancer scare with anyone yet but is appreciative of the concern.

Marsau wants another therapist.

The next day, Marsau is setting up an indoor picnic at home for a date night with LaTisha. During the date, Latisha and Marsau talk about their improving communication and the couples’ retreat. They mention that Dr. Francis was hard on Louis and Tiffany. In fact, Marsau felt a type of way about Dr. Francis. He calls him biased against men.

As a result, Marsau doesn’t want to use Dr. Francis but is willing to go with LaTisha to therapy. LaTisha’s willing to find a new therapist.

Next, LaTisha tells Marsau she’s planning a Period Party for their daughters and friends. Marsau isn’t all that interested in attending. Luckily, he doesn’t have to attend.

Kimmi and Maurice are on the way to learn the results of the biopsy.

Later on, Maurice is taking Kimmi to her doctor’s appointment. Kimmi’s nervous as they had to move biopsy samples from multiple locations. It could take up to a week for Kimmi and Maurice to learn the results. Either way, Kimmi’s appreciative of Maurice being by her side. When they arrive at the doctor’s office, Maurice leads a prayer.

Destiny and Melody hash things out.

Meanwhile, Destiny’s in the middle of a photoshoot when Melody arrives for a one-on-one. The ladies exchange pleasantries and are having a good time. Melody recorded a video of her listening to Destiny’s single “On Ten.” However, Melody didn’t share the video after their tense interaction during the grand reopening celebration.

This leads to them talking about their interaction at Madonni and their past one on ones. It seems the two are finally hashing things out. While they don’t agree on the details of their fallout, Melody is willing to move forward and be cordial with Destiny.

As Melody’s talking, Destiny asks, “You love me, don’t you?” And Melody says yes. Melody also says she misses the friendship. Overall, Destiny regrets the fallout.

Kimmi has early-stage breast cancer.

Meanwhile, LaTisha’s throwing her Period Party for her daughters and their friends. Everyone is dressed in pajamas and she has multiple experts to speak to the children. LaTisha’s goal is to influence conversation between the girls and their parents about their periods.

During the event, Maurice stops by with Kimmi and they pull LaTisha aside. Kimmi delivers the news about the biopsy she had. LaTisha cries as they hug it out. She reveals the lumps are cancerous. Luckily, they discovered cancer early enough.
