The Serbs refuse to back down.

Claudia views Walter’s body to confirm his identity at the morgue. After she asks to be left alone with him, she says it’s his fault things ended the way they did. All he had to do was accept her for who she was.

Tommy is elated when Diamond confirms Walter was taken out. This means the Flynn territory is up for grabs. And Tommy is confident Vic will reach out soon.

Mireya and Tommy are out shopping for a car. She’s ready to get behind the wheel on a more frequent basis now that Tommy taught her how to drive. She tells him she has to go after she receives a series of unsettling texts from her ex Dr. Kendall.

Diamond attempts to talk the Serbs into easing off of Jenard and settling his debts. But they don’t want Diamond’s money and it’s not even close enough to pay interest. So Jenard either hands over the projects or he dies.

Walter gets the last laugh.

Dr. Kendall tells Mireya a group of Mexican men attacked him when she visits him in the hospital. He said it was weird that they all knew he was a surgeon. And they deliberately ruined his hands to put an end to his career. So he knows he was targeted. Mireya silently comes to the conclusion that Miguel is the attacker.

Vic proves Tommy right when he pays him a visit. He proposes they work together to make CBI stronger. He wants a 60/40 split with Tommy and CBI taking the majority of the profits. Tommy questions why Vic is okay with making a deal. Vic says Tommy’s drugs will be more lucrative. And he won’t interfere when Tommy gets his revenge on Claudia.

Claudia and Vic meet with Walter’s former attorney to find out what of his they will be given from his estate. Turns out Walter left everything to Vic. Claudia is left in shock.

Vic later makes things even more painful for Claudia when he tells he she is being kicked out of her own business. He will be making money with CBI instead since she tried to have him killed.

Diamond discovers Jenard asleep on the ground holding pizza surrounded by proof of drug usage. Jenard admits he is in bad shape. Diamond tells Jenard it’s time to get his life together.

It’s time for Jenard to move forward.

The Serbs are the first group Claudia runs to for protection from Tommy and CBI. They give her a few bodyguards to protect the Flynn territory.

When Mireya makes it home, she refuses to give Miguel his insulin as a result of his unnecessary attack on Dr. Kendall. She wants him out of her business.

Diamond sparks a conversation with Leon’s mother until his father makes it home. He’s angry when he sees another man in his home. As he’s going off, Diamond makes his exit.

Shanti and Diamond come up with a plan to get Tommy to agree to let Jenard back into CBI by offering up more territories. Tommy agrees to this and Diamond doesn’t tell him about Jenard’s drug problem. He agrees that Jenard will be killed if he messes up. Luckily, Shanti is able to help Jenard have a breakthrough. And he agrees that it’s time for him to get clean.

Claudia tries to talk Jenard into working with her but he tells her he’s going back to CBI. Shanti overhears the conversation.

Tommy sees a ghost from his past.

Diamond confronts Leon’s father while he’s high and cheating with another woman. He chokes him and tells him to leave Leon and his mother alone for good.

Tommy visits the hospital where Mireya works to find out why she’s been ignoring him. She tells him about what Miguel did to Dr. Kendall. Mireya worries that Tommy could be next if Miguel ever finds out about them. But he’s not worried about her brother. Tommy assures her he can take care of himself.

The Serbs shoot up the Crimson Projects in retaliation to Tommy refusing to hand it over. Mireya figures Tommy may have been killed. They sleep together after she finds out he’s safe.

Ashanti tells Jenard they need to take everything from Tommy and Diamond when they least expect it. He is on board with this.

While Mireya is sleeping, Tommy sees Holly’s ghost. She warns him to leave Mireya alone because it’s inevitable he’s going to hurt her. Tommy says he won’t because he’s changed. And he may be in love with her.
