Mireya is choosing a side.
Tommy and Diamond talk about the pressure they are feeling now that he’s taken out his PO. They don’t know who to trust anymore. Tommy’s lawyer said there was a snitch in CBI. Diamond doesn’t think it’s Jenard. And Tommy doesn’t think Vic is the rat.
Di’Franco tells Marks that he’s not going to stand back and do nothing if she illegally arrests Tommy.
Mireya overhears Miguel telling their grandmother that he is going to become the top distributor and take out Tommy. She later tells Tommy about Miguel’s plans. It’s coming down to a war and Mireya is siding with Tommy. Diamond learns of Miguel’s plan firsthand when he meets with him. Miguel proposes CBI links up with the Insane Princes and then he will take out Tommy.
Tommy has eyes on Claudia.
Claudia and her girlfriend Elise tell Shanti that they made a deal to move product with the Serbs and Marquez cartel. The option to leave CBI and make money is now on the table for Shanti if she wants it.
Miguel’s grandmother is killed by a bomb that was placed on her car. He is devastated.
JP receives a call from Darnell’s school. He assaulted someone and ran away from campus. They cannot find him.
Shanti and Jenard tell Tommy about Claudia’s latest moves. He wants Shanti to play along.
JP wants to do things differently.
The disappearance of Diamond’s PO results in him being asked about the matter back at the barbershop. He denies knowing where the man is. Jenard vouches for his story of his PO coming by to ask him if he was back dealing drugs. And not seeing him again after.
Diamond later drowns Leon’s father once he finds out he’s the one who told his PO he was back in CBI. Jenard watches on in horror.
While Vic is at Tommy’s place, places a bug under a table as he was instructed.
JP goes to Marshall’s house to locate Darnell. D-Mac calls him out for forcing him to relocate to a school he never wanted to go to. JP later tells Kate what went down with D-Mac and he vows to deal with problems head-on moving forward. He doesn’t want to make people feel abandoned by him anymore.
Tommy finds out what Vic has really been up to.
Diamond finds out he is officially a free man and no longer on parole. Jenard congratulates him and starts planting a seed in his head about Tommy. He questions if Diamond thinks Tommy has been making a lot of solo moves as of late. But Diamond brushes this off and says Tommy has been holding CBI down while his head has been out of the game.
Tommy finds out from his attorney that Vic has been working with the feds. He watches from a distance as Vic leaves US Attorney Stacy Marks’ car.
