This afternoon on January 9th, Martell Holt was arrested in Huntsville, Alabama. Within the Madison, Alabama Sherrif’s database, it shows that Martell was charged with Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassing Communications.
Martell Holt was charged and booked by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department on January 9th at 4:02 pm CST. His bond was set to $0.00. We’re unsure if and when Martell was released.
According to the State of Alabama, Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassing Communications is a Class C Misdemeanor. People charged with this crime are accused of anything of the following, per Find Law:
Communicates with a person, anonymously or otherwise, by telephone, telegraph, mail, or any other form of written or electronic communication, in a manner likely to harass or cause alarm.
Makes a telephone call, whether or not a conversation ensues, with no purpose of legitimate communication.
Telephones another person and addresses to or about such other person any lewd or obscene words or language.
As of now, no details have been revealed on who the alleged victim is nor who filed the charges. No LAMH cast member, including Martell, has posted about the incident or released a statement as of yet.

He’s unhinged and scary you can see it in his eyes, something is missing. I work with mental health, all the signs are there but people have him around to make money off him. No one ever stops to wonder why his ex-wife has to hire security 24/7. This man needs intense psychotherapy.

Yes I agree with all the comments. He needs help his family should probably 302 him quick. He needs inpatient help. The funny thing is he cheated on his wife and want to blame it on her. At this point Melody need to keep her eyes on him because he is so crazed, he may well hurt her. I feel as though Carlos should give him his walking papers. Another thing the jealousy he has for Melody is very apparent. Carlos fire this man and get a restraining order for you and your crew. The man is losing it and after being arrested, who knows what he will do next.
