In the latest episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Miami,” Zoey wins the rap battle against Chyng Diamond. Michael and Nadia are preparing to head to court over child support.
Here are the highlights for “You Got Swurved.”
Zoey is crowned the winner of the rap battle.
The episode begins with the continuation of Chyng Diamond and Zoey Brinxx’s rap battle. Zoey takes the stage and delivers her verse with no music. The crowd declares Zoey the winner. However, Chyng feels like she was placed in an unfair environment since Trina’s crew was there in full support of Zoey. Chyng never stood a chance at winning.
Regardless, Zoey is happy with the win. In a confessional, she says she has “retired” Chyng with this rap battle, so there is no need to go back and forth anymore.
While Trina is filming Julian’s movie, her husband, Swurv calls him out for Shay confronting Trina about Joy while she was working. Swerve thinks Shay should apologize to Trina. While Julian can’t guarantee Shay will see things that way, he does agree to setting up the conversation.
Shay refuses to apologize.
Julian later relays the conversation to Shay after he meets with Zoey. Shay refuses to apologize to Trina and calls Swurv and Joy Trina’s purse holders.
Chyng Diamond hangs out with her sister Neffetaria. She thanks her sister for coming out to the rap battle in support. However, the mood changes when Quez joins them. He tells Neffe they need to get along since he’s not going anywhere. Their tense exchange results in Neffe throwing a drink in his direction.
Nadia and Michael will face off in court.
Michael confronts Nadia about filing for child support. She tells him she filed because he hasn’t been there for her and their baby, physically and emotionally. Michael thinks this is ridiculous. He tells Nadia that if she’s so overwhelmed by motherhood, he can be a full-time father, and the child will live with him.
This upsets Nadia. She tells Michael he has changed, and she doesn’t know him anymore. He tells her he will give her the fight she wants in court.
