Destiny Payton’s life hasn’t been drama-free despite her exit from “Love & Marriage: Huntsville.”

Destiny Payton‘s time on “Love & Marriage: Huntsville” ended after she was called out at the reunion. Kimmi Scott said Destiny did not want to open up more about her personal life. They filmed scenes together and it would get awkward. Although Kimmi tried to get her to discuss certain things, Destiny would not. So Kimmi said she eventually gave up altogether since she wasn’t able to get anywhere. Interestingly enough, Carlos King said LAMH producers labeled Destiny as hard to work with. So when he vented on YouTube about letting go of people who wouldn’t be as brave and transparent as Kimmi was about her cancer journey, the writing was on the wall.

Since departing the show, Destiny has still managed to be in the headlines due to some personal life drama. She was arrested for forgery. It was alleged that she forged La’Berrick Williams’ signature on a utility contract. Destiny was also a topic on social media recently when LAMH fans suspected one of the show’s producers (Sunni Minx) recently married Destiny’s other ex, Moses Monroe. Fans said the optics were rather messy. They left comments on Destiny’s Instagram posts. However, she did not take the bait. And she remained silent amid the speculation.

Well, Destiny has now broken her silence. She recently appeared on the “Dear Wifey” podcast.

Destiny Payton was blindsided by a former LAMH producer and ex-boyfriend’s wedding.

She said, “I’m in a great place. The funny thing you talk about producer…you said that this show was a therapist. So it was a recent situation, I bring it up cause it’s very, very recent…imagine confiding in the person they have assigned to be your producer and then you find out that producer married your ex.”

Destiny added, “Well, being that she told me that was her cousin, it was really interesting to know that the cousins was married and I know we filmed in Alabama. But…”

She explained Sunni was actually her field producer while she was on the show.

“So the thing that’s crazy is the job of the producer that’s assigned to you, field producer, is you confide in them. And not only was she my producer, we became friends after she left the show. She would say things to me when I would have those moments, ‘This is crazy. I’m sick of this!’ Then she would say, ‘You know how many girls would love to be in your position? You know how many girls would love to be on television?’ I ain’t thinking she was talking about herself.”

She goes on to allege she heard the newlyweds have allegedly been using her name to shop around for their own reality show.

Regardless, Destiny said her relationship with Moses was over before he got with Sunni.

“Real talk, I knew that man wasn’t my husband. We had already broken up. Let’s just say that. I had already ended the relationship and it was just a lot of things that were red flags. And I wasn’t going back down that road again and then the long distance on top of that.”

  1. Don’t care for Destiny and the producer and ex sound messy. Destiny is a liar though so who knows how much of what she said is true.

  2. That Karma is a trip. Be careful how you treat people. The ones you treat like crap would be the same ones laughing at ya.

  3. What is the real reason behind break up of marriage to la berrick? Who has primary custody of Law? Where is destiny currently living? What Is destiny doing for a living? Who is la berrick currently dating?

  4. What is the real reason behind break up of marriage to la berrick? Who has primary custody of Law? Where is destiny currently living? What Is destiny doing for a living? Who is la berrick currently dating? Now that destiny is broke and homeless, why not tell the truth about her marriage, people want to know the truth.
