Dr. Simone Whitmore received criticism for planning a Married 2 Med cast trip to Hilton Head.
“Married to Medicine” star Dr. Simone Whitmore was in the hot seat during the recent episode. She told the rest of the cast that she planned a trip to celebrate the fact that they are ten seasons in. When the group leaned in to find out what the destination would be, Dr. Jackie Walters wasn’t happy to hear they would be going to Hilton Head. This is because Curtis Berry was caught publicly cheating on Jackie in Hilton Head several years ago. The situation was plastered all over the blogs. So it was an embarrassing time for the couple. Dr. Heavenly Kimes immediately called Simone out. And Simone said that she completely forgot that it happened there.
When Jackie told Curtis that the cast was going to Hilton Head, he expressed he wasn’t comfortable with going back there. While he and Jackie are in a good space, he worried other cast members would bring up his cheating past. So he worried that being forced to rehash it could lead to problems with Jackie, again. As a result, Curtis wasn’t so sure he needed to go. As for Jackie, she eventually told Simone that she figured they could go. But she needed time to convince Curtis that the trip wouldn’t be messy. Simone also helped by insisting that no one would bring up Curtis’ cheating.
Dr. Simone Whitmore revealed production decided on the location for the cast trip.
Heavenly’s point to Simone was she should have remembered the significance of Hilton Head to Jackie. Since they had been close for years, Heavenly didn’t feel like being forgetful was a valid enough excuse. So she and Simone had a heated argument over Jackie’s feelings.
Interestingly enough, some “Married to Medicine” fans have been critical of Simone on social media. They agree with Heavenly and feel like Simone’s loyalty to Jackie is a bit shaky to have planned this trip. However, some fans believe that the producers chose the trip location.

Anyone with common sense knows this but this just goes back to Mariahâs point. These producers are messy and like to pit them against each other. The show is trash now because of unprofessional producers and manufactured drama.
The show is trash because these women are well aware of the foul sh-t these producers present to them. Grown a-s women being exploited yet they only thinking about fame and fortune. THROW THE WHOLE D-MN SHOW AWAYâŠ..with Andyâs bias bogus a-s being the first to go!!!!
Get rid of Heavenly I just waiting for stuff to come out out her husband, if nothing comes up about her husband then everybody will know this show is full of it

I donât see the big deal because Jackie chose to stay with Curtis after he cheated. Hilton Head shouldnât matter anymore if they said they moved past it. They stay coddling Jackie but they couldnât muster any empathy or understanding for Tea, Mariah, Buffie, and Quad. I am so over this show.

It was not the Hilton Head that cheated it was Curtis. The place was not the problem it was the issues with Jackie and Curtis. Who really cares where it happened, it happened. Jackie and Curtis were not and are perfect. Curtis may still be cheating, for all we know, he is never home..
I think this show could really be great if they let Jackie go. Her God complex has made this show unwatchable and this storyline is dumb.
I read he’s cheating again. I think that’s why she’s been looking the way she has lately. Also that’s why heavenly speaks for her.
