Martell Holt denies rumors that he spent time in a psychiatric ward.

Love & Marriage: Huntsville” star Martell Holt made the headlines months ago thanks to his recent arrest. As we reported, Melody Shari pressed charges over the explicit video situation. A woman who claimed to be a former acquaintance of Martell’s former mistress made serious accusations. She alleged Arionne Curry told her Martell wanted her to leak an old video of him and Melody. Before Martell’s arrest went viral on social media, Melody told her supporters she believed there was truth to the allegations. She alleged Martell had threatened to leak a video during a past argument. So she knew she needed to take action.

Well, Martell is a hot topic on social media yet again. It was rumored he was sent to a psychiatric ward. Hours ago, he hopped on Instagram Live to address the gossip.

He said, “That’s why I came live because I heard that I’m supposed to be in some type of facility or something. No…no. Apparently, it’s really serious because my sister, my girl Destiny, called me and I didn’t answer a couple of times. I returned her call and she was crying, she was literally crying. She thought I was in a mental institution or something like that. Guys, no. I am not crazy. So listen, stuff that y’all hear, don’t go for it.”

Martell continued, “But listen, back to what I was saying about the vloggers and bloggers and other people out there who…I’m a whole father of five. The things that they say affects certain things that I got going on. That affects even money, food that I put on kids’ table. I been a father since day one. And that’s 12 plus years, I’ve been a great father.”

He told his followers that he’s been busy helping his children adjust to their extracurricular activities, including tennis and baseball. He was also at a tennis function to support their daughters.

Sometime after, Arionne posted a comment on her Instagram Story.

She wrote, “Gotta put your kids first in real life not just for the internet.” Check out the screenshot and video below.

    1. Yep! And of course she would think Martell getting psychiatric help is a bad thing and a reason to be sad. I can’t stand him and his goofy enablers.

  1. If Destiny was your sister, your friend, she should have already been aware that what was in blogg was true. She was needing attention. Baby moma sounds like she salty, not enough attention from her and her child who isn’t old enough for extra activities.

  2. He’s not a good father and repeating it over and over again won’t make it true. Good fathers don’t break up their families.

  3. What did it take so long for him to go live and respond? I know! His 72 hour hold was up. He ain’t fooling nobody. He didn’t take them kids nowhere. Their grandma Ms. Van was there with them. The kids had been with their mom for weeks. Martell sit down somewhere.
