Bria and Nick continue their clash.
The “Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard” season finale began with the continuation of Nick’s confrontation with Bria. Bria walks away as Nick is furious about the handsy allegations. Nick seeks to defend his reputation, and Bria heads outside to talk to Simon. Bria tells Simon Nick is acting as if he’s guilty. Meanwhile, Summer wonders why these ladies are saying these things while admitting Nick never touched them inappropriately.
Amir is happy that Nick isn’t yelling at Natalie. In a green screen interview, Amir claims he would have no issues checking Nick if he did.
Eventually, things calm down, and the group comes together to squash the drama between Nick and Bria. Bria says it was innocent flirting from Nick, and Nick is offended that she called it as such. Nick says he’s going to stop “wasting brainpower” on figuring out why Bria and the other ladies said what they said.
Unfortunately for the group, this situation will reappear later in the episode.
Summer decides to leave the house.
Later, Alex has his brother and band host the group at the Edgartown Lighthouse. As they perform, the group paints on the canvases provided. When the performance is over, the cast talks about their paintings with each other. Shanice wasn’t interested in the depth of the activity, but Summer used the moment to express her pain.
This leads to Summer making a decision to leave the house with a few days left on their vacation. She texts Jordan and Preston to open up about her decision to leave. Summer wants to be at home with her family and friends and reset herself. Jordan and Preston understand her feelings and offer Summer support. Jordan says she would’ve liked Summer to stay to get to a better place with everyone, but Jordan understands why she’s leaving.
As the trip nears its end, Bria is at the pool with Jordan and Noelle. Milo, Bria’s dog, goes missing. Amir, Nick, Shanice, and others help the producers search for Milo. It takes almost 45 minutes, but luckily, Milo is found.
Amir gets into it with Bria.
After Milo is found, an argument arises as dinner is being cooked. Amir brings back up the conversation between Nick and the girls. Specifically, he wants to know what Natalie has to do with it all. This leads to Bria and Amir raising their voices at one another. Bria ends up calling Nick “Urkel” and Natalie a b**** to Amir’s face. She feels Natalie was a pot stirrer. Shanice wants the conversation to be over but can’t squash it.
Amir storms off this time, and Jasmine openly vents her frustration. Minutes later, Amir walks back to the group and calmly explains his side. Eventually, the argument is squashed, and everyone seemingly moves on.
At their final dinner, Amir and Bria apologize for the conflicts they caused. They also impersonate one another, generating good laughs. The next day, everyone leaves, and Jasmine feels alone again. But to lighten her mood, everyone joins Jasmine in the interview room to congratulate her on the pregnancy. Six months later, Jasmine delivers a healthy baby, and Silas is able to join them at the hospital. He was able to get leave from the base in Eastern Europe.
What are your thoughts on the season?
The first season was great but this second season wasn’t good at all. I think Amir is hurting the show and it’s time for him to exit.
