In the latest episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Miami,” Julian’s back is up against the wall as Shay’s feud with Trina and Swurv is causing drama for his film. Here are the highlights for “Your Time Is Up.”
Swurv wants Shay kicked out of Julian’s movie.
Trina and Swurv drop by a local radio station to promote his new music. Swurv is excited to show the world what he’s been working on. However, it’s hard for the couple to focus on his new music when they have not handled the drama with Shay. She never apologized, so Swurv thinks Julian should remove her from his film.

Miami Tip’s mom joins her at the gym. Tip confronts her mother about still being in communication with her ex, Chuck. Her mother apologizes and says she was only trying to help them get back together. Tip thinks this is toxic and explains that a spiritual healer told her she likely has abandonment issues. And her father not being in her life has made her make questionable choices in men. It doesn’t help that he told her he would only talk to her if he was invited to film for the show.

Shay wants Julian to stand up to Trina and Swurv.
Swurv talks to Julian during Trina’s celebration. Her debut album is now 25 years old. So the party was put together to celebrate.
Julian tells Swurv he spoke to Shay and decided to drop her from the film since Trina didn’t appreciate Shay confronting her about Joy on set. This news satisfies Swurv.

Shay later goes to Julian to complain about being dropped from his movie. She tells him Trina didn’t thank him in her speech, so he should reconsider moving forward without her.

What are your thoughts on the episode?
Well, now that both Love and Hip Hop franchises are cancelled: 1. Swurv will have to get a real job (’cause purse holding don’t pay much these days) 2. Julian will hopefully find some backbone and tell Swurv where to step off. Swurv out here acting like he is executive producer of the movie. 3. We no longer have to see what both franchises have become (weaker, pitiful versions of any Tyler Perry movie or play that come to mind). What a mess!
I can’t believe that Julian cut Shay from the movie so quickly. Shay was his girl! So does Julian now serve at the pleasure of Swurv? Looks like it. Whatever Swurv wants, he gets! Trina can’t go anywhere without Bro hanging on to her coattails! My sister says that Swurv acts like Trina isn’t capable of handling anything on her own. He’s like a bathroom attendant at a high end club holding the tissue and hot towels, waiting for a decent tip (ouch!). Swurv making me look at my relationship with my girl. I don’t want to be a “Swurv” in her life. I want to always love, support, and encourage from a safe distance. 😁
I’m going to miss Atlanta and Miami shows! 😩 But I am happy that I won’t see Scrappy mess up “Bambi 2.0”, because he will! He don’t know what he wants! And I won’t see Yandy and Mendeecees talk and talk and talk, not saying anything worth hearing.
