So Evelyn accepted a proposal during a round of “Call of Duty”? How romantic…

After temporarily being unemployed and having troubles finding a venue to have their wedding ceremony, looks as though couple Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada are still on their way to marriage bliss. As their wedding might be a fabulous affair, the proposal that came before it was nothing close.
Evelyn recently sat down with Yahoo! Music where she talked about the bland proposal that she received from her soon-to-be husband. And from what she describes, it was nothing short of lame:
“My proposal, it really wasn’t that romantic,” “He told me that the jeweler was coming to the house, so I thought he was going to buy watches. I didn’t know we were going to get engaged. Jason from Beverly Hills gets to the house. He pulls out some rings. … Chad has his headset on because he likes playing Call Of Duty, FIFA, all of that stuff. He was like, ‘Which one do you like?’ I’m like, ‘I don’t know. This one.’ It was in a separate box. I picked that one. Put it on. He goes, ‘Alright, so we’re engaged.'”
A nice dinner or some sort of celebration was sure to follow right?
Wrong. This man went right back to his video game killing spree.
As Evelyn seems to find humor in the whole thing, just like she did when he got dropped from the Patriots, I doubt she cared much about his lack of romanticism. She got the ring regardless so no biggie.
But knowing the flashy, outlandish person that Chad Ochocinco can be both on and off the field, one would expect him to go all out and do it big. Instead, he pops the question in the midst of “Call of Duty”.
What do you think of Ochocinco’s proposal? Would you accept one like this from your man?
LOL hey not every proposal is a romantic one. Mine sure the hell wasn’t but we’re still going strong. Eve is a crazy heifer but I see genuine playfulness in her relationship with Chad. They get their humor, so I think they’ll make it work. 😉
Of course it wasn’t romantic. There’s nothing romantic about these two. It’s all business and it shows.
These two are funny to me. They don’t take themselves too seriously, so I suggest no one else does either. LOL
