Mandeecees Harris may now be a new star of Love and Hip Hop, but he hasn’t had a whole lot of time to enjoy his new-found reality television fame thanks to his recent legal woes. As we reported recently, Yandy Smith’s baby daddy was accused of molesting a 15-year-old girl, but was later found not guilty to the charges. However, the reality star has racked up some drug charges and is possibly facing 20 years in prison if he is found guilty. It was speculated that the home he shares with Yandy was raided over the summer possibly due to drugs, but now he must face the court over the charges that accuse Mandeecees of federal drug conspiracy.
According to Democrat and Chronicle, the rapper pleaded not guilty to the charges Friday in Rochester. Due to a drug conviction that he obtained in Maryland in 2001, Mandeecees is looking at a 20-year mandatory sentence.
The report claims that Mandeecees is actually one of three men who have been accused for selling a huge amount of cocaine and heroin in the Rochester region. The other two men accused are Harris’ brother Tyrus Harris and his friend Ronald Walker. Both men were arrested last year and are awaiting trial in jail. Both have also pleaded not guilty.
The indictment reveals that police seized over $1.5 million in cash that was kept in safety deposit boxes, as well as homes, $406,000 in jewelry, and a 2012 Land Rover.
Mandeecees’ attorney Donald Thompson is said to have plans of asking for a bail hearing at the upcoming court conference which has been scheduled for Wednesday, and a date for the hearing will also be set during the conference.
Who knew Mandeecees was so hood?! Did Yandy not do a through investigation before she got with him? She has a college degree, this is crazy.
Let me find out Mandeecees was a big time drug dealer. Never would have guessed it. LOL.
It’s going to be a tragedy if they end up finding him guilty and he has to be away from Yandy and baby for 20 years. Doesn’t he have another kid too? Damn shame.

It’s going to be a sad situation if he gets locked away for 20 years. That baby needs him. It’s so ridiculous how these men don’t consider these things before they get into this.
Let’s not be too quick to write him off as guilty. He could actually be innocent. You never know ladies.
