Benzino reality show confirmed? Season one of “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” was a big hit for VH1. Of course one of the biggest reasons the show was so successful was because of the very controversial storyline that took place between Mimi Faust, Stevie J. and Joseline Hernandez. Stevie had an on and off romance (and has a daughter) with Mimi that lasted for about 15 years, but he sparked a romance on the side with his artist Joseline. By the end of season one, Mimi had decided to hop off Stevie J.’s bus, and she began dating Nikko just in time for season two. In the midst off all the drama surrounding the “love triangle,” Stevie got lots of unsolicited advice from Benzino, who was having his own issues with Karlie Redd. After only dating Karlie for several weeks, he was close to proposing, but changed his mind at the last second much to Karlie’s frustrations.
Benzino then served as somewhat as an counselor to Kirk Frost as he struggled with his marriage to Rasheeda in season two and now it appears that Benzino’s knack for giving advice to struggling couples has landed him his very on spinoff show on VH1. Benzino took to his Instagram account the other day to share the news by posting the following photo and caption:
LADIES, GET READY FOR MY NEW REALITY SHOW COMMING SOON!!! INFO ON CASTING IN A WEEK!! IT’S GONE BE CRAYYYYYYYYYYZZZZZYYYYYYY!
There’s no word yet on just what the show will entail, but we wouldn’t be surprised if VH1 was trying to bring the whole “Flavor of Love” concept back with the LHHATL star.
Oh goodness. So is Mona just going to hand everyone in ATL their own show?! If so, she’s about to kill her whole series. Smh.
She is going to make as money as she can from these people before the ship starts to sink and they pull the plug.
I’m good. I won’t be watching. It’s amazing how these networks beat these shows to the ground because they get out of hand with the spin offs.
So let me get this straight. Stevie and Joseline are getting their own show, K. and Benzino? That’s too much going on.
LOL nope! Not watching. Benzino isn’t all that interesting to me.
I guess they are going to cast women who will fake being interested in Benzino, just like they did Flavor Flav. VH1 has clearly ran out of ideas. What a lazy network.
