Benzino has already told his side of what went down Saturday evening that led to his own nephew shooting him en route to his mother’s funeral, but now it appears his own nephew is speaking out too. And according to the reality star’s shooter, he actually shot his uncle in self-defense.
The Boston Herald reports:
Gai Scott appeared in Plymouth District Court for arraignment on a charge of armed assault with intent to murder, and was held on no bail pending a dangerousness hearing Wednesday.
“It’s very early in the game, but when the dust settles with respect to this case, it’s going to be abundantly clear that Mr. Scott, a licensed gun owner, was acting in self-defense and in defense of his family,” said Jon Ciraulo, Gai Scott’s attorney, following the arraignment.
And the plot thickens.
Now this is getting interesting.
Self defense? How? If Benzino didn’t have a gun too, then this is a weak explanation.
You going to jail now.
I thought I read the both of them were in different cars side by side arguing when the nephew pulled out the gun and started shooting. Yeah that doesn’t sound like self defense.

I’ll wait for them to give the deets before I judge but I’m definitely giving everyone involved the side eye. Especially since the cameras have been able to record all this mess.

This man is about to go to jail. He’s a dumb a-s that allowed his temper to have him shooting MULTIPLE TIMES at his own uncle. He’s dangerous and needs to be locked up for a long time.
