The other day “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star Benzino’s nephew claimed he only shot his uncle in self-defense, and he felt the need to shoot his uncle en route to his mother’s funeral because the reality star had threatened his life. But now Benzino is clapping back and he dismisses his nephew’s claims via Instagram and confirms he didn’t even have a gun on him at the time. He writes:
So the person that shot me got arraigned in court today and admitted to shooting me, smdh ain’t that something? But through out this whole ordeal, I’ve been a stand up guy, So make sure you read this carefully to understand what I’m saying, he said he shot me in self defense but I was unarmed and I got shot in the back. Now you tell me…… This whole situation is unbelievable and it’s a shame.
Messy.
His nephew is full of it. It wasn’t no damn self defense. He’s a hot head who has a gun and that’s a bad combination.
They are really dragging this out. LOL.
He has a point. It’s hard for someone to scream self defense when the other person isn’t armed unless you’re a white man in the state of Florida.
Ok so Benzino’s story lines for LHHATL this season is his beef with Karlie Redd, his new woman/engagement, going into business with Stevie J and getting shot.
Not bad.
What a really crazy situation. I’m sure nothing could have been that bad that anyone needed to be shot.
His nephew is dumb as hell. He will get some jail time with his dumb a-s.

whats embarassing is its not that serious. The story would have been more interesting if some unknown thugs shot is a$$ but all along is what just his lil ol nephew. Epic Fail
