Stevie J was just arrested several days ago because his ex claims he owes her over a million in unpaid child support, but it appears the LHHATL star may be dragging the show’s creator and executive producer into his latest legal battle.

According to blogger Rhymes With Snitch, Mona is being accused of lying to protect Stevie’s money and she could possibly face jail time if it’s proven that she lied intentionally to protect her cash cow:

Now Project Child Support is accusing Love and Hip Hop Atlanta producer Mona Scott Young of lying after she claimed in her subpoenaed response that Monami Entertainment has never employed, subcontracted or contracted for the services of Stevie J.

Kai Patterson, Founder of Project Child Support, blasts Mona’s response stating,
“I don’t understand how an Executive Producer of a hit television reality series does not enter into any agreements with the cast or any organizations contracted with the cast of a television production. This is a felony child support evasion case, and helping someone commit a felony crime is a felony crime. We are going cooperate with the federal agencies investigating this case and provide them with copies of all documents we received that are related to this case, including Mona Scott’s court ordered subpoena response.”

  1. Ain’t nothing happening to Mona. She has enough money to hire the best lawyers. Let’s not be gullible here.

  2. I’m not a fan but I doubt Mona will go to jail. She comes off as someone who always dots her I’s and crosses her T’s.

    1. It’s always the the sneakiest opportunistic snakes like Mona that cover their tracks. But you better believe if push comes to shove she will throw Stevie J under the bus without a blink of an eye.

  3. I doubt this seriously. Mona seems too selfish to try to protect anyone. She’s the same person that said Benzino getting shot was a blessing for the show. Just saying.

  4. I think she is saying that her entertainment company has never hired Stevie J., but that he has been hired through VH1 as who she gets her paycheck also when it comes to Love and Hip Hop.
