Rapper T.I. has been making headlines as of late for his rocky marriage to Tiny but he’s not discussing his marriage in his interviews.
However, T.I. is talking plenty about his artist Iggy Azalea and he decided to address accusations that suggest he is a ghost writer for the up and coming female rapper.
He tells Detroit radio station Hot 107.5:
“I mean, I ain’t no ghostwriter. Iggy got her own ideas and thoughts that she presents to the world her own way, man. I couldn’t write a lot of the shit she say. I couldn’t put her thoughts into words as articulate as she does. She just has a different way of presenting herself and her art. Now, don’t get me wrong… everybody in the studio helps with hooks and certain things like that. That goes for me and any of the other top five rappers. Everybody. It could be a producer, a homebody…you want the best ideas. If Iggy can have a mentor than I guess I’m the closest thing to it.”

I never thought she had a ghostwriter because honestly her lyrics aren’t even good.
They are really hyping this chick up. Usually when someone gets accused of ghostwriting it’s because their lyrics are so dope it’s hard to fathom the artist penned them. But there’s nothing dope about Iggy’s music. It sounds like a 6th grader wrote her whole album.
The first I heard of her was here on UB and someone called her voice annoying. So every time I hear I get irritated and change stations lol. Maybe I’ll but her album to see what she’s about but I doubt TI writes for her

I don’t think TI writes for her. He has a certain sound and her lyrics don’t have that sound. Anyway, I hate that every female rapper has been accused of not writing their own lyrics like they aren’t capable of it.
