Lil Wayne got his big start in Hip Hop as one of the members of the Hot Boys, and the group had massive success which fueled an era of hits for Cash Money Records.
In the end, the group disbanded and Birdman had fallouts with Juvenile, BG and Turk. Weezy sided with his father figure and began dissing his former group members in his music.
Fast forward to today and Lil Wayne isn’t on good terms with Birdman either. And he plans to reunite with the rest of The Hotboys (sans BG since he is currently locked up) and Manny Fresh at an upcoming festival he’s created.
The reunion will take place at Weezy’s very first “Lil Weezyana Fest” on August 28 in New Orleans.
He tells New Orleans radio station Q93:
“For the first time in over 10 years, I’m hitting the stage with Juvie, Turk and Fresh for a special performance. It’s only right to put on a homecoming show on a weekend that means so much to the city. It’s the 10-year anniversary of Katrina, so it’s only right.”
That’s gonna be a good time right there…
BG is still in jail? Damn.

Man that’s probably going to be a great concert. Damn I wish BG was home the crowd going to go nuts when they play back that thang up. I can hear that beat dropping now “Cash Money records taking over for the 99 into 2000” bringing back some great childhood memories for your girl lol.
