Wendy Williams has managed to go from being a force to be reckoned with on radio to dominating daytime television, but she’s still not everyone’s cup of tea.
In particular, many celebrities feel like Wendy is just too harsh when she dishes on the latest gossip and celebrity news, and some black people feel she’s too harsh on black celebrities.
The other day “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star Lil Scrappy even had some words for Wendy and called her out on Instagram.
He writes:
Everybody go check this lady Wendy williams out I just seen her destroy her own people on her show . She went against Bill Cosby and Phylicia Rashad already and now she just sh*tted on the black women on married to medicine and then talk bad and downplay @missymisdemeanorelliott sayin the young kids Dnt Knw her and then try and say her video better than the song like she giving her credit but she still bashing blacks and say all the great things about all the other races so f*ck u @wendyshow that sh*t crazy somebody going to bash you and your legacy one day love u cause your black but hate the way u act
Interestingly enough, “Basketball Wives” star Tami Roman decided to come to Wendy’s defense.

This isn’t a shocker.
Well the old drunk has made a living from stealing purses and punching b-tches in the face, so defending Wendy makes sense for her.
And I don’t care for either of them.
Mean girls gotta stick together.
She can relate to Wendy for obvious reasons. Both of them have to stoop low to make a living.
She needs to shut the hell up. Wendy ain’t sh-t and neither is she.
I wouldn’t take up for someone who doesn’t even like me but ok Tami.
