In her most recent Bravo blog, Cynthia addresses the situation and she doesn’t understand why folks are upset with her.
She writes:
I think the BFF drama was blown way out of proportion. There are other friendships in the group besides me and Kenya or me and NeNe. However, no one seems to really focus on them or question whether or not they are besties. I love Kenya and my relationship with her, but to my knowledge I have never referred to her as my best friend. We have become very close friends over the past couple of years, and I look forward to many more.
NeNe and I recently rekindled our friendship. This meant a lot to me, because when I joined the group almost six years ago, she was the first one I connected with. There was no denying our connection. Jokingly, a Friend Contract was issued and signed shortly after. The rest is history. I am grateful for the friendship I have developed with Kenya, and I am also very excited to have my good ol’ girlfriend NeNe back in my life. Besties, BFFs, or however you choose to label us, I feel blessed to call both of these women my friends.

Cynthia is going to keep trying to downplay this but it was messed up the way she did Kenya and I don’t even like Kenya like that. She has no problem telling Kenya all her business but when asked if they are close, it’s oh I’m just getting to know her. BS.

The way I see it, Kenya is just as much of a fake friend as Cynthia was. She only got cool with Cynthia to get under Nene’s skin. LOL.

Cynthia is so phony. Kenya had her back when Nene threw her under a bus and tried to get her kicked off the show. For Kenya to have so many haters for the pettiest reasons, I don’t understand why Nene gets so much love on here when she’s dirtier than Kenya will ever be!
With Nene back, Cynthia just went back to the abuse because she doesn’t like being treated with respect. I mean look at who she married. :-/

PHAE WAS OPENING UP TO THIS CHICK AND FEELING SORRY FOR HER WHEN SHE SAID WALTER PLAYED HER BUT THEN IN THE NEXT BREATH THAT FLOOZY WAS LETTIN NO-GOOD APOLLO GRAB HER FAKE BUTT UP AND THROW HER IN WATER……ANYWAY CYN IS A FLOP FLOPPER BUT SHE HAS GOOD REASON TO FLIP FLOP AND BE CAUTIOUS OF HER FRIENDSHIP W/KENYA….AND FURTHERMORE WHAT HAS CYN DISCUSSED WIT KENYA THAT EVERY1 DOESN’T ALREADY KNOW????? SHE TOLD NENE HER SECRETS…THINGS THAT WEREN’T BROADCASTED ON TV
She’s trifling and has been for a good minute. She befriends people who can keep her on the show. Don’ like her.
